September 4th we will be doing "MR's BAJC".  We are giving away Netbooks, External Harddrives, Credits galore!

Here is the scoop:

Competition #1 round 1 - Have the most jail breaks on September 4th between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00
Competition #1 round 2 - Have the most jail breaks on September 4th between the hours of 06:00 and 12:00
Competition #1 round 3 - Have the most jail breaks on September 4th between the hours of 12:00 and 18:00
Competition #1 round 4 - Have the most jail breaks on September 4th between the hours of 18:00 and 00:00


Competition #2 round 1 - Have the most number of guards broken from on September 4th between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00
Competition #2 round 2 - Have the most number of guards broken from on September 4th between the hours of 06:00 and 12:00
Competition #2 round 3 - Have the most number of guards broken from on September 4th between the hours of 12:00 and 18:00
Competition #2 round 4 - Have the most number of guards broken from on September 4th between the hours of 18:00 and 00:00


Regardless of if 1 person participates, or 400, the admin competition is still on.

You can participate in any and all rounds.

There are a total of 16 prizes being given away.


The person with the highest number of breaks in any single round from Comp 1 rounds 1 - 4 will receive a Dell Netbook!
The person with the highest number of guards in any single round from Comp 2 rounds 1 - 4 will receive a Dell Netbook!

The person with the 2nd highest number of breaks in any single round from Comp 1 rounds 1 - 4 will receive a 2 TB Portable USB External HD!
The person with the 2nd highest number of guards in any single round from Comp 2 rounds 1 - 4 will receive a 2 TB Portable USB External HD!

The person with the 3rd highest number of breaks in any single round from Comp 1 rounds 1 - 4 will receive 100 Credits!
The person with the 3rd highest number of guards in any single round from Comp 2 rounds 1 - 4 will receive 100 Credits!

The person with the 4th highest number of breaks in any single round from Comp 1 rounds 1 - 4 will receive 50 Credits!
The person with the 4th highest number of guards in any single round from Comp 2 rounds 1 - 4 will receive 50 Credits!

The highest grand total of all jail breaks combining all rounds will receive 100 Credits!
The highest grand total of all guards combining all rounds will receive 100 Credits!

The 2nd highest grand total of all jail breaks combining all rounds will receive 75 Credits!
The 2nd highest grand total of all guards combining all rounds will receive 75 Credits!

The 3rd highest grand total of all jail breaks combining all rounds will receive 75 Credits!
The 3rd highest grand total of all guards combining all rounds will receive 75 Credits!

The 4th highest grand total of all jail breaks combining all rounds will receive 50 Credits!
The 4th highest grand total of all guards combining all rounds will receive 50 Credits!



MR will cover the cost of the prizes and shipping, however, if there are any import taxes for your country, you may be responsible for those.

Hows it work?  We will simply tally up the highest number of successful jail breaks for every breaker on September 4th for the 4 time frames - whoever has the most, wins a netbook!  The 2nd half of the competition is based upon the number of guards - we simply tally up the total number of guards you broke out, and whoever has the most wins yet another netbook!

If you win one of the physical prizes, you are unable to win any other of the lower prizes, soooo, if you win more than one - then your lower prize will be awarded to your runner up.  (There will be a grand total of 16 winners here)

(There is enough time to develop any account, including a brand new civilian account - to be able to bust out any 20 guarder in any city by the 4th, so everyone will be able to start off on a level playing field if you decide to prepare ahead of time for the competition)

P.S.  If you die during the competition, we let us know so we can combine your last characters work with the new character to get a proper total.

Also, if you win something you already have - I'm sure we can work something out with a cash payout.  :)

Jail math is mostly done by your skill.  Everytime you bust someone out you get skill.  Sure, at the very last step in the math a little bonus is thrown in for your rank, but the huge bulk of it is skill.  A thug with 10 hours of jailing can out jail a mademan with 1 hours of jailing under his belt.

If you want to work up your jail skills - do the following:

Start with 0 guarders in Detroit (The easiest city) and work the 0s until you can nail like 5 in a row without fail.  Once you can consistently hit 5 in a row, move up to the next guard level... once you can hit 5 in a row consistently - move up again.

Once you feel you can nail the lower level guards on a pretty consistent basis, move to a harder city.  The difficulties are directly tied into the "earnings" of a city.  A city that pays you a lot for a petty - is a harder city all around.  You can use how much you earn from a petty to judge the different cities difficulties - this carries directly over to the jail difficulty too.  Nailing 20s in Detroit/STL is still only "half way there" to being able to nail 20s in NY/Philly.

Will we get points too? As we bust?

will you Admins be filling jails during the competition time or is it in our hands to fill the jails?

The admins will not be filling the jails, you will have to use your own methods to ensure you get your breaks.

It will all be recorded by the system so we have accurate results :)

The system records all the data now (but only for 6 hours, we simply change it to record the entire days worth of info)
