As the title indicates I think that there should be a way for people to bribe the guards to send messages for them. Maybe with a witness statement or if you happen to be caught while carrying drugs you could use that to bribe the Guards. We should also be able to wack people in jail because I think it would add to the Role Playing aspects of this Thing Of Ours. Obviously the same rules would apply for wacking from jail as from without jail. So what do you think?

however, if you were to pay... say 1 credit for everytask you wanted to perform, then I guess the bribery aspect might be a novel addendum.

Wacking from jail? Not really that good of an idea unless people are in jail. However hitlisting from jail I'm all for.

Hmm killing others in jail makes sense but you would have to bribe maybe 1mill or something for a gaurd to "drop" his weapon and his keys so you could kill that person your you could poison them like make a mini game thing so you could poison them so maybe they could die if you stuff up a little maybe they lose some money or their gun or if you completely fail maybe you end up with the poisoned food so the stuff i said happens to you.

I don't know about bribing a million dollars. I was thinking more like how in prison people just kill each other with make shift weapons and just kill the person. The only thing necessary to bribe the guard for is to leave the cell block unguarded for a few minutes and then you could kill the person. Also to bribe them I think any credits or drugs you have on you would suffice. That way it serves as a way to deter people from doing it too often. I mean will you kill constantly if you always had to give up your drugs or hard earned credits?

Theoretically you wouldn't have to bribe anyone as you'd just kill your victim in the showers, or the canteen or out in the exercise yard.As for using money to bribe a guard... how you gonna get it? They don't give you your wallet in your cell.

I think the idea of mini games has already been shot to shit in a previous thread, so no point going over that again... however I will say, where are you getting the poison from? This is the Mafia, not the Assassins of Al Jazera or whatever. We kill people face to face, preferably with a gun, but a knife, baseball bat, fists are all acceptable alternatives.

I think our new axiom should be keep it simple, keep it real. By all means introduce wacking in Jail. Allow member A to kill member B whilst they are both inside, but there should be a cost, say 1 Credit, and a penality for doing so, an automatic doubling of your sentence. WS should be distributed normally.

Well the bribing is totally unnecessary as His Honor just pointed out. I was just going on with something that was said earlier. I think that doubling your sentence and you not being able to be broken out would do well enough as a Punishment.

The idea is a good one. It would certainly add an interesting aspect to war. If this idea were implemented it would certainly make it more real. And if you do kill in jail you should have your sentenced doubled and put in solitary, making it harder for you to be broken out.
