Shaggs needed to get some work done and he needed to do it quickly. The problem was that these days in Summerlin it was next to impossible to do anything with all the people bustling through the Headquarters and the racket all night and day. He needed some space and he needed it fast. His operation in Summerlin was growing by leaps and bounds and he knew he had to expand it if he wanted to continue the success that they were having.

There were no places that he could ave a larger headquarters these days so he knew that he was going to have to bring a captain on board to open up their own and expand business in Summerlin. It had taken him a few days to decide on who he was going to move on to the next step. Summerlin was chock full of wonderful options but it really hadn't been a question of who was going to be the heir apparent for the affluent suburbs of Las Vegas.

TonyCastelli had been a rock. There wasn't a much better way to describe him unless you drew a smiley face on that rock. Shaggs was lucky enough to work with Tony's bloodline for the first time and he could not have been more impressed if he tried. Tony was a picture perfect mobster, the kind that if you wrote down all the characteristics you wanted in a member he would fit them to a T and then teach you characteristics that you didn't even know you wanted. He had been with Shaggs since the beginning and proven over and over again that he was a born leader. While studying his history texts he had found that while Tony's family had been around for awhile, they had never been given the chance to strike out on their own. He knew that TonyCastelli would be someone he could be proud to call his captain.

Shaggs called Tony to his office. Tony knew all the things he wanted to say so he was going to keep it short and sweet.

Tony my friend, I called you here for one reason. I want to name you as my captain in Summerlin. You will be acting as my underboss in all matters as we work to help grow Las Vegas under the stewardship of Dovahkiin. Here are the keys to your new HQ. I look forward to visiting you soon.

Now lets have a drink and celebrate before you take off to get some work done!

Tony was called into Shaggs office and he was confident he knew what it was about. When he heard what Shaggs had to tell him he felt a lot of joy rise within him. 

"Thank you Shaggs, I've enjoyed my time working under you at The Mystery Machine and I will be looking forward to working as your Captain and underboss here in Summerlin."

Tony poured himself and Shaggs a drink. 

"Now let's drink to the pride my ancestors would feel to see little 'ol me strike out on my own as a crew leader in this thing of ours. Lets drink to the success we've had so far. Finally let's drink to the future of Summerlin and Las Vegas as a whole."

Tony takes a few sips of his whiskey before a large grin appeared on his face.

"You know what, I'll be calling my crew Villainy Inc." He nodded as he said it out loud, "Yeah, that's it. So I hope your ready for this Shaggs as I know I sure am."
