After leaving Pike Place Market Coffee & Books owned by @Thoros, @Hesh noticed something very different about the city of Seattle. He carried on walking around to see if his suspicions were correct. While there is a few small street gangs and confidence tricksters operating within Seattle, there was no major organised syndicate based here in the city.

"With a new city comes new opportunities" Hesh said to no-one in particular. "There is great potential for anyone willing to set up here in Seattle, but who? Will the city be under the control of the families already set up out here on the west coast? Will it be disrespectful to not let the west coat families take control, as it is on there doorstep? Or will Seattle be left out in the cold like various empty cities in the past, where an apparent free for all-lawless state can exist? Or is another city willing to step up and lay clam on a new venture?." 

Hesh continued to stroll through the city admiring the amazing surroundings, pondering what the future holds.

LushyLotus was near running a minor drug deal. Seattle finally starting to pop up in the minds of well known gangsters, it had been added to her drug run cities. Smiling at old mans open thoughts she thought to herself that new blood needs to grab this opportunity and make Seattle into a well known name.

"Lawlessness is always fun as well though, keeps things interesting."  Lushy checked to make sure her gun was secured and ready for anything. Shaking the hand of a small time street gangster for the drugs, she smiled and went on her way down the street semi closely behind Hesh_Rabkin purely out of curiosity.

Thoros sees the man who just left his new shop start to speak in the streets so he decides to wander over to hear what the man has to say. He takes a drink from his flask as he listens and after hearing LushyLotus reply to the man, decides he will also say a word or two, so he puts his flask back in his inside jacket pocket and turns towards him...

I'm very excited to see what happens in Seattle. I really like this place. My kind of weather. 

So uh...Couldn't help but notice that you came out of that new coffee shop... did you know that I heard they opened a nearly identical location in Detroit? I also heard that there was talk of expanding to EVERY city.
