Bubbles stood there next to Insomnia as he told the crowd the plans of New York. She was only a mire couple feet away from him as a small gust of wind blew through the streets. Instantly she was hit with a smell which made her nose curl up slightly. Giving a quick look to her left directly at Insomnia she shook her head and chuckled softly under her breath. With the lack of sleep and well the lack of a shower, Insomnia wasn't the freshest this morning.

It didn't matter though she had far too busy of a day ahead of her. So many things to do and not enough hours in the day. Luckily for her though, there was a nice HQ that had just been vacated by Spiral after his move to Manhattan. It was perfect, already furnished, already livable the only thing it needed was her little touch on things.

What made it even better was the fact that her soon to be appointed right hand already had his room all set up. It was just about the perfect scenario. Though she thought about messing with him and telling him he couldn't have that room. A thought that made her smile, she was tempted to do it but decided against it.

She already had it all planned out in her head and the pieces were already in motion. Waiting for Insomnia to finish she took her turn in the spotlight.

Turning her head to Insomnia she began to speak.

"I appreciate all you have done for me and even though I won't be staying up with you every night, thank goodness, I'll always be there for you whenever you need me. In fact if you ever have trouble sleeping, which I know you do. Come stop by, maybe we can Hypnotize you to get some sleep." 

She smiled and laughed, knowing it still wouldn't work on him. It was time to get things going, already too much time had been wasted.
