I got to work today and someone said "oh, you should put the pro bowl on the TV at the front desk". I turned the channel for a brief moment before I turned it to NBC to watch the NHL All Star Games. Which is much more entertaining, I think, than the pro bowl.

SO, who's watching? At the time that I'm writing this, Pacific has beaten Central(5-2) and Metropolitan are currently playing Atlantic. The winner of that game will play Pacific in the Final. Being originally from the west coast, I will be rooting for Pacific, of course. Who do you think will win?

How many people here know how much better the All Star game is over the Pro Bowl? You basically get three exciting mini-games in one day to truly see which division is best. Vs the NFL which has just one game where arguably their best players can't compete in it because they are going to the super bowl the next week. Maybe the NFL would benefit from having the pro bowl in the middle of the season rather than right before their biggest game of the year? I don't know.

I mean, the pro bowl sucks and still draws a crowd 300x larger than the NHL All Star game. I think we all know that the dunk contest alone beats both deep down in our hearts.

Popularity doesn't always equate to quality. As we can see with the box office sales for most of the Transformers movies.

Or Star Wars.

Atlantic has beaten Metropolitan(7-4) so the final game between Atlantic and Pacific(Go Pacific!) should start soon.

I feel like Eros' judgement is impaired from prolonged exposure to the Midwest city of Pittsburgh.

Star Wars is more than just the movies though. It's the movies and the books and the comics plus the awesome video games. There's something for everyone.

The NHL All Star game completely blows away the Pro Bowl. Unfortunately both are so slowed down since the players are just there for appearances (for the most part) and don't want to risk injuries. At least the NHL implemented a rule that says if you're voted in, you have to play. If they don't, they are suspended for at least one game. Love the Skills Competition. Probably more so than the actual game.

Rags I am just somewhat shocked to hear you say fuck the Eagles. But since nationally speaking they said the Eagles are fuked when Wentz went down. I can see why you jumped on the losers wagon of opinion. .Opinions are a dime a dozen and yours was not obviously  on the money.
