A quiet figure walks down the street, five or six people surround her and shove paper in her face... Finally she turns on them, and raises her voice so most around her can hear. You know, there was a time when I could walk down the Las Vegas strip without being handed a years supply of toilet paper with writing on it... No clue what I'm talking about? Let me explain, Every time I show myself in public I get at least five people asking for a donation to help the police get criminals locked up, Or Fifty percent off A make over, now I'm sure plenty of people need a make over, But I'm not only happy with how I look, But I really I don't need another Picture of me painted either. Now as I walk the streets I see SO many other's trying to avoid these swarms. So, I'm stepping out to ask for a cease and desist order of the general kindling I find shoved in my face and every one else's every ten seconds. We have a beautiful business district, If you have something to sell please take it out of our faces and off the streets and get an office. Thank you. Misty turns and heads into a near by office and closes the door firmly behind her leaving the crowd out behind her. |

Misty growls quietly I'm talking about all the pamphlets I get shoved in my face (Via Mobmail), it annoys me to no end... I don't see how you avoid them. |

WaterSign walks up and joins in the conversation... I TOTALLY know how you feel Misty, I have the same problems. Too many fliers! And usually the services they offer are really not that great for the price. Maybe they should just stick the pamphlets on a sign post or something, so that our mailbox's don't overflow... (the postman stopped delivering to me). *pout* |

Smiles at Misty as she speaks. I would much have to agree with you Misty. If someone wants a makeover...or help with a crackdown...they'll come to the one's selling it. It's on thing to advertise it, but it's another to shove it in someone's face. Gives his friend Misty a hug before flying away. |

Thankfully I haven't received any mail like this. Although reading few my fathers journals I know that there was many a time he wanted to kill the postman for delivering such drivel. Getting mail is one thing getting solicitations is another. There needs to be a way to combat this I know that I will be checking all mail received from random sources and if they are solicitations they will be swiftly put in the bin. |

| Thank you guys for your support, Frankly, some of the stuff people send me makes me shy away from buying any ways, I had some jerk send me a letter telling me that my portrait on my business cards Sucked.... can you believe the nerve? | |

Is the guy dead yet? I feel almost the same way about people asking for drug prices... I gotta take the time to go talk to the dealer, write down all the prices, then send a mail back to the person asking? What a pain! *pout* |

| Yes, he's dead, some body other then me found him annoying and took him out. Though I still see some of his work around, I've made a point of avoiding buying any of it at any cost. | |
