I_am_I_Said takes a walk down these streets and glares real hard at the lights on.

Lights are dimming and you know it. Sad in my book.

Frankie looked up at the street light.  "No my friend,"  She said with a smile.  "They're just turning back on for the coming night.  They start out dim and then they grow brighter slowly until they are as bright as they've ever been.  It's always worrisome at first - but when good people are out on the streets walking around and interacting - helping each other - the dim light periods aren't so troubling anymore."

She tipped her hat and walked on.
