Floyd was thankful for the leaders that stepped out to him and answered his questions. By no means did he intend to strike up fire, but he was a new man to this new world, he has questions, so he'll ask them.

"I appreciate you all for answering my questions about the taxes. I understand you all when you think I need to ask privately or be private about certain questions, but I disagree. I feel opening up about more things in the streets, will keep more people informed. I'm sure we all have questions. I think we should all be open about them in the streets. For those of you new to this world and have questions, bring them to the streets, I feel we will get more information from several sources. Many minds are always better than one opinion."
