:After respectfully waiting for his boss to finish speaking, Sly takes a large step forward.  –Dayman- follows a foot behind and to his right.  Allowing himself a brief smile before addressing the small crowd, Sly begins to speak:

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.  I don’t have to tell you that I am very pleased to be in front of you all, today.  It is a great honor to receive this promotion; one that will allow me to take the next step in assisting Kong to develop this fine city.  Philadelphia, as well as the country at large, is growing.  And it gives me a great joy to take a larger part in that growth.  In honor of the place that has brought me together with many of my friends, including -Dayman-, I have happy to introduce to you all the opening of our brand new Headquarters, here in Philadelphia, 214 N 34^th Street.

:Sly waits for numerous murmurings throughout the crowd to settle before continuing:

                I would like to take this time to do several things.  First and foremost, it is necessary to publicly express my crew’s allegiance to Don Kong.  He has been gracious enough to grant us with this opportunity, and we will do everything within our power to help secure his stake here in Philadelphia.  My family has worked with Kong and Rockness for many generations, and it is an honor to now work alongside these esteemed individuals in such a way.  Truly a dream come true.

                Secondly, I’d like to congratulate my RHM, -Dayman-, on his appointment.  He has also honorably defended Philadelphia by my side for generations.  He shows much promise, and I have no doubt that he will consistently provide me with much-needed assistance during this time.

                I wish for our family to be one that others will view as friendly and cooperative with the other crime families of our country.  I am never one to seek to create enemies, at least without a purpose, and look forward to doing business with all of you, nationwide.  Do not mistake our good intentions for frailty, however, because, with them, you will find substantial strength.  I trust that you will find my organization to be cunning, respectful, and attentive.

As always, I will try my best to make myself accessible to all, and invite curious youngsters and experienced Mafioso alike to come see what we are all about.  We are only interested, however, in employing truly skilled and committed men and women.  Inexperienced criminals can be trained, but come prepared to work.

Finally, I feel the need to once again thank everyone who has continually supported me in my efforts in this world.  Trust me when I say that his achievement has not come from the sweat of my hands alone.  As always, the establishment of 214 N 34^th Street is a collaborative effort, and comes as the result of the commitment of individuals far too numerous to name.  I hope it will suffice to say that I am forever indebted to the members of The Royal League and the greater Philadelphia area.
