Cathy Parks walks into the Streets, a wry smile on her pale face and a cigarette poised on the end of her lips. She is stood not far from the Red Fez Compound and her appearance on the roadside draws attention from onlookers. Behind her stands her higher echelon and at her side a man whom she exchanges glances with, then whispers in his ear. The two share a joke, then Cathy begins to speak. "When I was a little girl, my Mama at the sink washing the pots and pans, I would sit at the kitchen table and tell her how I was gonna change the world. I was gonna make a difference. Do something. She would smile and nod, placating the young sparrow of a girl with too-big eyes and a mouth that chattered too much. "I grew up, and forgot all about those dreams. The most I wanted for myself was a family life: the kids, the nice house and a man who loved me. Well for the most part that didn't work out kinda how I had it planned, but these things never seem to. "I turned to doing things differently. Working for a business, climbing the ladder, but even so never really looking on to bigger, more ambitious things. "Then I was given a shot. A massive vote of faith from the leaders in these Six Cities. I had my chance to run my very own Organisation, working with people who prove their worth time and time again every single day - for which I am ever grateful. "It was with one of these people, a1capon3 that I started talk about the future. Both of us agreed that the old ways had become ingrained in everything all us of did. No one questioned it. There were variations, a few ideas here and there, but no one to my knowledge really bucked the trend. The old ways were always the safe ways. The done ways. "That is until today. Now I am taking a chance. Now I am standing up and saying, 'this is how we are going to do things in Philadelphia'. "So I present to you today a young man by the name of Mystery. He is setting up his own Division of the Red Fez Connection - The Morocco Mole Division. He will have a small, limited Head Quarters which will be a branch of the bigger family. His sole aim and focus is to give those fresh off the boat the one on one attention that it is difficult to receive in a bigger family. "He will work with these new people, to train and shape them into the kind of mobsters we want in Philadelphia. When their training is complete, when we can look and see that they are ready to be trusted, to be more than just an associate, they will join the main Organisation run by myself. "Mystery will run the first of two smaller crews like this, the second setting up when we have the right people in place. "As joyous as a day this is for me, on a more serious note I would also like to point out that this is not an act of aggression by our city. Our sole aim is to improve the way things are done in Philadelphia and to try and buck the trend that I mentioned. We want to innovate, to bring a different dynamic, mix the old with the new. Needless to say, an attack on him or any of the people working with him, is an attack on The Red Fez Connection. "I ask you all to please give him a warm welcome and to respect what we are trying to do in The City of Brotherly Love." Cathy turns to Mystery and kisses him on both cheeks before clapping her hands. |

*approaches the podium smiling* Thank you for this amazing opportunity, I hope people will see how revolutionary this idea is and that I am able fulfill it's true potential. I am honored to be pioneering such an endeavor and eagerly await all the challenges coming up. Once again thanks for this opportunity. I will do you proud. |

Congratulations Mystery. I am glad to see people are trying to introduce new ideas into our world to alleviate the stagnation, lets hope this is the start of an era of new ideas and practices. |

A man with a big grin on his face approaches the small gathering of people, turns to Mystery, and speaks. Congratulations Mystery. You're correct in saying that this is a revolutionary idea. Not only does this give new arrivals a place to get one on one attention, but it begins to give people new opportunities. Turning to Cathy_Parks, the man smiles and speaks again. A very good move Ms. Parks. Thank you for giving this world something new and a reason to hope for a better future. |

This pleases The Captain greatly. He always likes to see people who aren't afraid to do something innovative, instead of sitting back and adhering to every single policy of the old blood. Its a dangerous world out there for us Wise Guy's and getting your own family now is well.. risky. A lot of high ranked mafiosos will be jelous of your position so always be alert sir. Yes I had also heard that this idea was put forward to someone else and they didnt take it up. I hope this works out for both Cathy and of course Mystery who by the way I would like to congratulate on being chosen and trusted to help make this idea work. |
