Insomnia takes a walk out into the streets with some pep in his step, he looked well rested and in a uppity mood this morning. Continuing to mosey his way downtown he notices a nice sized rock on the pavement, with a smile he playfully begins to kick the rock out in front of him, making it into a game trying not to kick it too far away. Just as he begins to wind up his kick Insomnia gets startled, hearing a large crowd roaring and booing. Kicking the rock it ricochet's off a passing car's hubcap, he immediately gets the middle finger along with a honk from the driver.

Looking over his shoulder Insomnia notices a large group of civilians and thugs circled around a couple familiar looking faces. Crossing the street he creeps closer, hoping to get a better look as to who they were or what all the racket was about. His eyesight and hearing lately had been going to shit, he wasn't the young mobster he once was. Pushing people aside he makes his way towards the center of the crowd, quickly noticing his gorgeous wife Hotice his eyes light up with excitement. Next to her was Spiral, unamused sticking his tongue out at someone.

Just as Insomnia was about to approach the pair he hears some wiseguy crack a rude comment, you could tell from the crowd's reaction they were buying into the shit he was spewing. Shaking his head he lets out a long sigh, slowly approaching closer to the pair. Insomnia gently pushes them out of the spotlight. Taking a deep breath he clears his throat getting everyone's attention before speaking.

"I ordered the removal of Chicago and The Strip over on the west coast. I made that decision after countless nightmares and restless nights, unable to sleep in fear for those I love.

I will do whatever it takes to protect those who are close to me in their honor. Joseph_Ligambi and Dovahkiin, they had a phenomenal run where they were at and there was no resentment towards them but at the end of the day I am a shark and this is my aquarium. I'm like a great white when it comes to protecting those that are close to me."

Taking a deep breath to regain my composer, noticing I still had everyone's attention I continued on.

"Each day I could see Joseph getting closer and closer to the ones that meant the most to me and I just couldn't have him being a threat anymore. I knew if the trigger was pulled on Chicago, in time certain little birdies would be whispering into Dovah's ear preparing her for the possible threat to come. I wasn't about to let that happen and I certainly wasn't going to prolong the inevitable, allowing sons and daughters of the fallen families to return and build only to die a couple weeks later. I decided to go with the two birds one stone plan, hoping to bring back peace to our world without constant bloodbaths every month."

A man in the audience yells at Insomnia "You bastard! How do you sleep at night!?" 

Smirking, Insomnia looks back at the man replying "Babies don't sleep this well." Chuckling he searches his flannel pocket for his pack of smokes, revealing a cigarette he lights it, taking a long drag before exhaling.
