Since the war we have tried to rebuild the country one piece at a time. I am proud to say that under the leadership of Magua the Cosa Nostra has again been implemented in the great city of LA. But there are still other cities that need to be revitalized and for that TheDean has decided that Caveman will be moving into St Louis.

Caveman's bloodlines requires no introduction, his bloodline is no impostor to rebuilding a city from the ground up. With that said I congratulate Caveman on this new venture, as I am certain he will bring crime back to the street of St Louis.
