Caveman steps onto the platform and clears his throat

First of all I make this speech only as a token of my gratitude and respect to TheDean and New York and not because it is the will of the people or that the people may frown upon me if I do not make such a speech. It is for the reason I just stated that I come out here.

Caveman looks around at the crowd before him and then looks down at his notes



La Famiglia di Cavernicoli is a family which will uphold the same principles and beliefs as my previous family did. The Lions Den is a family based on loyalty, trust, respect and honour and so it is my aim that we will also uphold and build our community in St Louis on such beliefs and principles. It is well known that St Louis is a new city to the world of organised crime and so mobsters don't visit it as much as we would like to see. However we will be looking to bring in new ideas wherever possible and also use some of the tried and tested ones of old to make this city progress and develop. We want our businesses here to be thriving and I have hope that with a family based on such principles as I have mentioned behind me, I can achieve just that.

However, there is no question it will be a challenge, for no man can tell me it isn't a challenge to enter a city on your own and try and take it by the reigns, that it isn't a challenge to attract mobsters to your city to get your businesses making a profit, or that it isn't a challenge to try and come up with new ideas to impress the public. I will try everything within my power to create a stable environment here for my city as well as create a good working relation with each of the other cities.

I won't overdo it here with this statement and turn it into a long winded process, I will simply finish off by saying that things will be changing in St Louis for the better and again I must thank The Dean for having the belief in me to take up this challenge.

Now, it is time I headed back into my HQ and got to work.

Good ol Saint Louis

Puts his hand in his pocket.. pulling out a crushed penny that he put on the railroad tracks before leaving Saint Louis a few months ago

Last time I was here, we had a big bond fire in the streets and cooked steak.. It looks like time to do that again, I will bring the gasoline and get someone else to bring some food and when you are all settled in we will have a party.

Congrats on taking over the streets of Saint Louis, and get those casino's open sooner than later - and the rest is cake friend.

Gideon walks up through the crowd of people, listening to Caveman address the crowd. Sure this move might be controversial to some, but fuck 'em. It wasn't their decision to make. He reaches Caveman and grasps the very hairy hand of it's owner.

Don't listen to the critics man. You have addressed the crowd beautifully. Congratulations Caveman. New York is truly losing an asset as we let you go free to Cave Louis. I wish you the best of luck in your newest adventure.

Passing through the crowd George makes his way to the podium where CaveMan had juust spoken. I reach him after a couple handshakes from some notable New York associates and show me respects.

Great to see you have the family heading in the right direction. Wish you the best of luck on your journey, but it's always sad to let a New Yorker go.
