Many weeks ago, after wars had ravaged our cities, TheDean and I sat down and discussed where we would go from that point. We were two cities who had seen way too much fighting for our own liking, and were hurt to see the losses of our friends and family. In that discussion we spoke about the division of cities, we would divide the 4 remaining cities between us and although it was a long-term project, knew that together we could make them prosper once more. TheDean would own the rights to Los Angeles and Saint Louis, whereas I would delegate leaders to Las Vegas and New Orleans. A perfect partnership.

Right off the bat I knew where Las Vegas would go. Cruel would assume control as he was my largest and most well-developed crew to handle the day-to-day grind of running city operations. The loss certainly hurt us in Chicago, but he was the best man for the job. A few weeks later, TheDean put up Magua and CharlieCroker, two very capable leaders, into Los Angeles and the rebuilding continued.

A short while ago, TheDean pressed forward with our joint mission of reconstruction and authed the superb Caveman into Saint Louis. This made me really look at New Orleans and what would happen in her future. I have two underbosses, both of whom have served me dutifully and are more than I could have hoped for in leaders: Jonnie Reese and Captain Stubing. The time has come once more for me to kick a bird out of the nest, and I have to say the decision has not been easy given what we've all fought for, died for, and accomplished together.

Within the next two weeks, I will be moving Captain Stubing and ClarenceWorley to New Orleans to assume control of the city. While this will certainly impact my profits a great deal, I do hope they will still visit my casino to drop dollars!

TheDean has been very supportive of our rebuild and this auth couldn't have happened without his understanding and encouragement. It has been tough work this job of ours, but the city heads that are in place are quite excellent at what they do and it has made our work infinitely easier.

Once Don Stubing is moved, he will remain under my watchful eye until he rightfully ascends to become the Godfather of that city. Don Stubing was placed as the head of a family in Chicago during war, and through war he persevered, earning the respect of everyone around him. It's not easy to receive a mail from me one day that says "Get some money together, you're setting up in Chicago while we finish this war." Yet he did so without complaint and excelled at the position in war and in peace. For those reasons and so many more he richly deserves this opportunity and he has my congratulations, my thanks, and now, my blessing.

I'd like to thank all the city leaders for pulling together in this world of ours to make sure advancements like those announced in the last few days could happen. For the first time in what will be almost 10 months, we will finally have city heads running each territory, it is an exciting time and you should all be proud.

Fantastic news indeed, Godfather Roman. The Captain and Clarence are two men I respect greatly, and I'll look forward to seeing them turn New Orleans into a great and prosperous city. Salut.

I cannot think of a better person to be placed in charge of New Orleans. During my time in Chicago i was very impressed with the hard work and dedication that Captain_Stubing showed. I look forward to seeing him taking charge of NO as i know he will do a great job with the city.

After weeks of hard work by all cities it is pleasing to see that the remaining empty city will be filled. It certainly is a great time for everyone in our world.

An interresssting Development indeed Godfather, and one for which Captain Ssstubbing isss well dessserving off. Congratulationsss to both him and Clarence Worley. Long live the Roman Empire!

I have to say that this is probably the best authorization speech that I have ever heard.  A brilliant summation of people and events.  Though I do not know the new leaders well, my short correspondence with Mr. Worley has shown him to be an honorable man, and this story alone speaks to their competence. 

Best of luck with your move, gentlemen.  If you need a spare set of wheels to transport your things, I'd be happy to send TheGodfatherLives over with a truck.

Thank you for this opportunity, Godfather Roman. This will be a big step for me and one I am excited to undertake. It will be both a challenging and rewarding experience. I look forward to working with the heads of all the cities and be a part in the rebuilding program that we've all spent so much time and effort on creating and protecting.

When I came to this thing of ours I never saw myself reaching a position where I would be in control of a city. I would not be if not for the help of all of the fine members of my crew including TheresaRusso and her mother Luki, Closer, Ancalagon, and ClarenceWorley so I must thank them. I'm excited to see what these talented individuals and I along with the other dedicated members of both my crew and Clarence's can build in New Orleans.

Having a soft spot in my heart for New Orleans I am glad to see someone moving in and rebuilding this great city.  I wish you all the best when the time comes as I'm sure you'll do a wonderful job with the city.

New Orleans...........a fine city for you to be moving to Captain and bringing back the mafia presence to. I know your bloodline started in that very city a few moons ago so your ties to it should only help you and Clarence in your quest to return it to a profitable city for the mob once again.

New Orleans.........a man with the leadership skills, dedication, determination and a personality such as yourself Captain will be a great addition indeed.

New Orleans.......a city rich in culture. With all Stubing has to offer the great city, my hope is the city can also pay him back. What with his awful taste in music, a city such as New Orleans is the only hope for this Don to acquire a more refined and sensible musical interest. Shall the halls of The Praetorian Guard begin to hear wonderful notes played and sung within them very soon!

In Clarence's absence, i'd like to thank both Godfather Roman and Don Stubing for the faith they have shown in us. It has been a great honour for us to serve both these men in Chicago and it will be just as big an honour to move on to New Orleans and help restore the city to the once proud crime central it was.

Congratulations also to Don Stubing in being granted the run of the aforementioned City, I know he will make a fantastic city head and hope to see him as Godfather before long.

We are looking forward to this new venture with great anticipation and cannot wait to start building New Orleans to great heights. It has be a marvelous adventure so far and a great honour indeed to serve Chicago under godfather Roman and Don Stubing. The last month or so has had it's up's and downs but we have remained strong and will continue to do so and hopefully build in a timely manner.

Thanks for saying that I'd have forgot about needing...actual things...for our move. I was just so excited and proud of both the Captain and Clarence, because they earned it, that the idea completely slipped my mind. Maybe some would like me running around naked but doesn't seem too professional, besides I love all my clothes. They scream "ME!"

This is another great milestone reached in the fruition of the vision, for the rebuilding of our society.
