Sam Carollo stands on the curb to address the gathered mobsters. “Can I have your attention everyone?  I promise this won’t take but a moment. The name’s Sam Carollo as I am sure some of you know. Now, I have seen many a lottery in my day, and truth be told I have never liked the odds they offered. It is with that thought in mind that I announce the formation of the Philly 80/20 draw.  You may be familiar with a simple 50/50, where tickets are sold for a set amount and then half the proceeds become the jackpot. Philly’s game is similar, except we draw 3 tickets and the give out 50%, 20%, and finally, 10% of the pot. To get things moving we offer an initial pot of $1,000,000 so the minimum prize will always be as follows:  1^st $500,000 2^nd $200,000 3^rd $100,000. Each draw will be held 72 hours after the last draw or after all 250 tickets have been sold.  No matter the ticket sales the minimum prize will be given and all 3 prizes will be awarded, there is always a winner in Philly. Should we sell all 250 tickets the prizes will more than double.

There are 4 authorized Philly 80/20 vendors. Sam_Carollo, McFly, Biff, or Paul_Castellano. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis and we sell right off the roll, in other words ticket numbers will be 1-250 and sold in order. There is no limit and each ticket costs $10,000. That’s right you Thugs, even a mere 10 large can set you up to win a least half a million. You will be sent confirmation of your numbers once the transaction has been completed.  Winning names and numbers will be posted here and in the Philly 80/20 office. We reserve the right to modify the number and cost of tickets in the future depending on the popularity of the draw. This draw is open to everyone except made members of my own crew and is transferrable in the event of death.

Well I can hardly say I wasn't warned about these things. The draw isn't nearly as popular as I thought it would be. Ticket sales tell the tale. However, some have been sold and the draw will happen about 20:00 tonight as planned. There will be 3 winning numbers drawn and the minimum jackpot still stands. Tickets are on sale for apporoximately 8 more hours.
