Respect and how far does it really go? Started by: maDRox on Sep 19, '10 09:20

So here it is, could really care less to introduce myself to anyone because in my mind it really doesn’t matter who thinks what of me. I am loyal to my family and I have more then enough respect for anyone who approaches me in the streets, im here for one purpose and that’s to serve the great city of philly. Take it or leave it, im just another mobster out here trying to make my mark.

With that said there has been one particular thing that has been on my mind since this last war, and I guess you can say it falls under the category of ulterior motives. You have sons and daughters coming up from different cities that their ancestors have grown up in, possibly taken on some high rolls some real die hards you know. And im talking generations back it might not be this particular battle, its been around for ages.

Do there sons and daughters deserve a chance at this thing of ours with a new start; your damn rights they do in my mind anyway. The real deal comes along when you are inviting these siblings into a family, deep down do they appreciate that invite, the protection and life you are giving them. Of course our leaders of these fine cities take extra measures im sure, but how far does that trust go knowing their capabilities given the chance to grow?

Everyone has to earn his or her way in this thing of ours, the way it should be no doubt. And there will always be the odd rebel that steps out of line because he or she is feeling brave on a particular day, guess im trying to say is no matter what the past is its gone and done with and it cant be changed, today is a new day. Appreciate what you have; it might not be what your recent ancestor had but the amount of disrespect some peoples sons and daughters bring apon this world for revenge is quite frankly pretty low on your family line. You gotta roll with the punches, people come and go in this business of ours. Everyday above ground is a good day and there is a reason behind it, appreciate your protection and that guy/gal who is sticking out his or her neck for you, laying their own life on the line to see you do well in this business. Never take it for granted, tables turn and no one can tell what the future holds.

Guess ive rambled on to much, but I hope you got my point. Love or hate me, again could care less.

Lay it on me.
