My car pulled to a stop as I looked around observing the area around me. as I gained my composure. The paparazzi were a normal thing for me living in a high profile city like Los Angeles. Though sitting in Detroit tonight everything was quiet, it was late and the gunfire earlier had sent most inside for the night. I grabbed for the handle, as I exiting the car making my way towards the streets. The air was so dense that when I would breathe it would look like I was blowing out a cloud of smoke. There went't very man people outside, but the few that began to take notice circled me as they knew that I was out of place.

"How stubborn are scars that don't fade away?", asked the crowd around me.

Tonight was unfortunate, Nexus and BlackAtom were both victims of circumstance. Some call Detroit a cursed city, some of my ancestors have called it home. The decisions that were made tonight did not come lightly, but were made to move in and clear out The Red Brigade and L'amicizia. 

The moment Don Maddy went into early retirement I began to question the future of Detroit. I hadn't had much communication with either of the leaders other then a small meeting after Maddys passing and a ca being shot at by one of there family members. Given the roles of leadership in this worlds of ours I would of expected them to step out more and communicate with others in the surrounding cities.

This was never meant to be made personal, but friends and family take priority. I didn't know either of these well enough to form a friendship or trust on my end so I expected them to make conscious effort for the betterment of there city.

Noticing the few around people starting to disperse after standing in the cold for too long. They had gotten the message I was trying to convey so I headed to my car kicking up snow in the air. Closing the car door behind me I started up and headed for the airport, it had been a long night.

I never understand why people make out that because you weren't BFFs you had to kill them. Its simply not the case. Just come out and openly admit you want to expand your control? Its not like its unheard of.

So in other words a city with two leaders who were probably focused on rebuilding, were taken out because their leader decided to retire and because they failed to go out there way and contact those in charge outside their city? Even though Detroit was free to take care of itself? Huh... That makes perfect sense..

Archer nods and shakes his head at the bloodshed before vanishing.

I am not going to lie. I don't really talk to a whole lot of leaders but anyone that knows me knows I love my city and my family. Am I next?

Ramone was wondering around the streets making his rounds. His rounds were easy for him. People were just willing to give him their money and it made his job easy. Old ladies were just throwing their purses at him, he didn't even need to try to actually rob them. Between his physique and his street smarts, Ramone really was an overall specimen. His motto, "I'm built of solid steel and sex appeal", was true to this day.

He had noticed Cherry make a few remarks concerning herself...

"Dearest Cherry, maybe the reason why you don't talk to other leaders is because you're too distracted by yours truly. My physique goes a long way in the art of distraction. More importantly, you should join the 'Are you my Ramona' contest."

Ramone winks at Cherry as he continues walking his beat.

Archer reappears as he heard that his name was called. It was unexpected to tell the truth but he didn't mind conversating. After hearing the woman out he then thought for a minute before replying.

So.. Since communication is so important among the leaders and Detroit is seemingly at fault here for not being tight or trying to communicate with the other cities.. Might I ask the people here if any of the leaders in said other cities tried to reach out and communicate with Detroit? Because as we all know communication does work both ways. I'm asking about after the talks when Maddy retired. Did anyone try to bring them into the group or talk with them and offer help to them while they were rebuilding? I ask respectfully of course.

Archer finishes and finds a nice wall to lean on and fold his arms awaiting a response to his inquiry.

Kid was usually a quiet one, but this was a subject he felt strongly about.

”You gain nothing from complaining here. People simply laugh at your salty speeches and don’t give a fuck. At least, GFC RomanReign was respectful enough to come out and give explanations. Smaller operations get stream rolled by bigger ones so that their friends can take GFC... boofuckin' hoo hoo. rest in peace Detroit!

The streets were buzzing with chatter this morning, folks from various cities had gathered together discussing who was next on the list. Insomnia was leaning against a stairway out of sight, smoking his cigarette while listening to the crowd quickly shift their hate and anger towards his friend Roman. Smiling he takes a final drag from his cigarette, flicking it to the ground before addressing LiLlIsMoLly.

I didn't quite make out the derogatory comment you murmured but I can assure you, if you knew Roman you'd know he had taken this title along with many others in his time. But I would recommend being careful with your tone as you may end up swimming in the same river as your father.

Insomnia lets out a slight chuckle before smiling, waving everyone over to have a peek at his list of crossed out names along with ones that had been circled to be "next".

I think everybody's life would be a lot easier if we just smoked joint....just so happens, I have one here.

I’m not sure how any of this was a surprise. The moment Don Maddy retired from her life of crime it was assumed by many that this was coming. A leader establishes connections, makes allies, or what have you. When that connection is severed, there is a level of unknown that has to be made familiar. It seems that this was not done within the timeframe acceptable by RomanReigns and/or whoever else was behind the removal of Detroit.       

As I heard a very disappointing thing done, many good players hasnt comed back after that hit so what was the meaning of it I wondered. Just loosers all the way and no inners on it.
