James looks around a little surprised and excited to be standing in his own HQ, something he was not sure he would ever see happen. He thinks back to how he got here the time put in working for others and knows that it paid off. he knows just how much he learned from them and will continue to learn from others. He thinks back to the ones who made this possible and knows that he needs to thank each of them in person and he will. His latest boss Syndicate was  extremely helpful as well as the other CLs who voted to give him the chance. He does not know who all that was so he sends out a silent thank you to them and hopes to be able to say it to them one day.

He turns and looks at all the work that still needs to be done and goes back to opening boxes and directing movers and workers in setting up the HQ.

ShoNuff sees a very busy James_Coonan. Catches his attention

Briya sidles up next to Sho_Nuff and catches a contact high as she grins at James. "I do, too. Congratulations, Sir. I'm sure you'll do Seattle proud."

Percy see's the group of people huddled around on this cold night to here the latest announcement so begins to walk over and listen to whats being said.

After hearing of the news percy step up to congratulate james  on his auth.

A toast to james may you have much success 

Insomnia was strolling down the streets alone, without any of his bodyguards protecting him tonight. He had felt so cooped up in his house lately and wanted to break free of all of his responsibilities for some sort of entertainment for the night. To his surprise there was a new face in town unloading boxes from a U-Haul. Insomnia looks up at the remodeled building, noticing a new headquarters in Seattle. He digs into his pocket revealing a lighter before pulling a cigarette out from behind his ear, sparking the cigarette he takes a few drags before calmly approaching the new leader in town.

Hoping to catch the mans attention without having to speak Insomnia lets out a cough, clearing his throat before staring face to face with James_Coonan.

"Good evening! I presume you own this fabulous headquarters?" 

They both turn their heads staring at the building before James smiles nodding his head in agreement.

"I must say it looks quite amazing, they don't tend to build them like they used to."

Realizing he was babbling on he cracks a grin laughing, extending his hand outwards introducing himself before shaking James hand. 

"Congratulations! It's a pleasure to finally meet you. I look forward to seeing what your organization can bring to the city. I wish you the best of luck!"

Insomnia nods his head out of respect before taking his leave to the local bar.

Rick catches up with James_Coonan just before he enters his new HQ

"Congratulations James, I wish you and your new family the best here in Seattle"

Rick offers out a hand shake the James, and not to keep the new Leader from his duties quickly hurries off.
