It was a fairly normal day normal day in Manhattan, Petah had spent the day doing drug runs and was finally back at the Hypnotized HQ ready for some much needed relaxation. He headed straight to the lounge when he arrived. A few fellow crew members were already there, so he took off his shoes, grabbed a beer from the fridge and sat down in his favourite chair.

Right as his ass hit the chair however MrRight came in looking for him.

"Is Petah around" MrRight asked the room

"Yeah right here, whats up?" he responded, while getting back up from the chair

"Not sure really, the boss asked me to go get you, she is up in her office" MrRight said, while stealing Petah's favorite  chair...

Petah turned around and headed up the stairs right away, he wasn't one to keep the boss waiting. As he walked up the stairs he tried to think if he had messed up recently. He couldn't think of anything... hopefully it wasn't anything like that. When he reached the end of the hall he heard GodMother Bubbles voice before he even had a chance to knock on the door.

"Come in Petah, have a seat" 

How did she always do that.... he opened the door and greeted her and took a seat.

"So listen, NY has been growing pretty fast lately and ReignMan's HQ is getting a little bit crowded. 

She paused for a moment and looked at him

"Can you see where I am going with this?"

"Ummm, you need to me to help with some renovations at Altered Mentality?" Petah asked

"No you dolt, we need someone to run another crew here in Manhattan. Bumblebee and I have been discussing it for a little while now and we were hoping you would be up for it?" Bubbles responded, before finishing off the rest of the coffee she had been sipping.

"Oh my, not what I was expecting at all but thank you I would be honored. You have been great to me from day one and I have learned a lot about how a good leader conducts themself from you. I wont let you down." Petah said, still kind of in shock.

"I assume MrRight will be going with you. Any idea what you will call the new place?" she asked

"No idea to be honest, I am sure i will think of something...." said Petah

After hours and hours of brainstorming with MrRight, Bubbles and BumbleBee Petah finally settled on a name:

The Institution

Shortly after she kicked him out of her HQ, Bubbles decided to drop by the newly started Institution. Petah and MrRight were still in the process of moving their stuff from across the way. There were boxes everywhere, which she didn't understand cause she never remembered either of them having a lot of stuff. Apparently though they did.

With a shrug she propped herself up against the front door and held it open, making it a bit easier for them to not have to fight it along with the boxes. After about 15 minutes of holding it open the last box made it's way through the door. The guys immediately took a seat after putting it down.

Bubbles looked at them and chuckled.

"Now the fun part begins, now you have to unpack everything and then.. you know start recruiting."

She began chuckling again.

"Well, I'm going to leave you guys to it. I'd hug you both but you all need showers first. I'll stop by a bit later to see how things are going. Petah my dear congrats. I know you'll do wonders over here."

MrRight had thought that this was going to be just another usual day on the week. His team was losing and so was his bet with Petah going down with it. Listening to the the radio he couldn't help but keep cussing, giving directions and telling the football team what to do. Legend has it that once in a million your voice will be delivered to the players so you keep trying! Any who, Petah had just come out of the GodMother Bubbles office. He had a different look, eyes were shining out of joy. 

"So what was that about?" said MrRight, as he added: "And I'm not getting up of the chair, you can have the one on the corner!"

"Seems like we're moving, I got the button." was heard from him. Hearing that, MrRight got up and gave his friend a hug adding a few more words: "Congrats man, you truly deserve it and wish you all the best on it and will try to give my everything on making it work! Oh and about that bet, I definitely, 100% won it... My team didn't lose at all... Don't listen to the radio, they're commenting an old match."

Petah laughed a bit and said

"Just pack up already!"

And that's how you evade a lost bet guys and gals!

Wandering around Manhattan, Jacky picked up the news that one of his fellow family members was getting the green light to set up shop. As soon as he heard the news Jacky drove down to the Hypnotized headquarters, hoping to run into Petah. Right as he pulled up to HQ he noticed Godmother Bubbles and Petah standing outside talking. Jacky was just as equally surprised by the amount of boxes they were taking with them. He got out of his car and walked over to Petah.

"How's it going my man?"

"Glad I caught you on your way out. I'm happy to hear you got the go ahead. We haven't known each other long, even though our ancestors shared the same crew. But i've heard nothing but great things about you, and i'm sure you'll make Manhattan, and that lady standing over there proud. Good luck and keep in touch, because you know we're only a few blocks away."
