Shortly after the meeting of all the crew leaders throughout the country which encompassed many topics. Bubbles had been given the task of setting up the proper standards for protection orders. It was a topic that she was passionate about and tired of seeing broken over and over again. She almost immediately had gotten to work on it and with the help of a few other Crew Leaders was ready to lay out the new standards. Making her way out of her HQ, with the notification in hand she made her way to the nearest street corner to post the new standards.

Protection orders - An order of protection put fourth by a Crew Leader or Godfather. This is done when a family head dies, there are a number of ways this could happen: war, retirement or dishonorably discharged by the gods.

These orders are put out to save the lives of some of the innocent people that are affected by the loss of their crew leader.  As agreed upon during a crew leader meeting we will set fourth a standard of how a protection order will be placed, the delivery system and the consequences for breaking them.

Placing of a Protection Order

All protection orders will be placed in the streets by either a Crew Leader or a Godfather. Each protection order will have the same set of standards: 

1. A list of all the crew names, that are incorporated under the protection order.

2. A 7 day time stamp of when the order begins and when the protection order ends.

The people that fall under the protection orders must be active within the past 7 days. If they fall into a coma and exceed 7 days of activeness then they will fall out of protection. Even if the protection order is still in affect. Protection orders only encompass those that are active and tagged with their appropriate crew.

 

Delivery System:

Once a protection order is in place, which will be when it is posted in this protection order thread. The person who posts the protection order will and must mail the protection order out to all the upper structure's throughout the land. They will then be required to make sure their crew and/or cities are aware a protection order is in effect.

 

Consequences for Breaking a Protection Order:

Once a protection order is in place there will be serious consequences if they are broken.

For anyone under the rank of MadeMan that breaks a protection order Death will be ultimate price.

For anyone over the rank of MadeMan will either be heavily fined, demoted and/or killed. This will be a case by case basis and will include anyone in the upper structure as well.

These protection orders are put in place for a reason. Pay attention people!

Satisfied with the notification Bubbles stepped back to admire it before heading back into her HQ. 

ShoNluff was roaming the streets when he stops to read the notifications posted by Bubbles about the new standards for the Protection orders. He found it very informative but also found himself curious about a couple of things.

Under the section listed as Consequences for Breaking a Protection Order who exactly would be representing the person who was killed and determining the punishment.

I am just curious as to what different type of scenarios would determine whether the culprit find themselves heavily fined opposed to being demoted and/or killed.

Upon thinking about it a little more.  Maybe it has to do with whether it's a first or second offense or something like that.

I hear ya Caspian but usually after a war, the protection orders cover Wiseguys and below.   Maybe someone will stop by and give us a little clarification.

Insomnia was strolling through town on his way back home when he happened to notice two figures standing next to the new, neatly placed bulletin board. They seemed to be chatting amongst themselves while writing question marks over the areas they were uncertain about. His eyebrows quickly raise seeing the protection order already being tampered with. Letting out a sigh he shakes his head approaching the two.

"I would highly recommend looking at the fine print. It clearly states to bring all questions to the individual who placed it and to not tamper with this flyer."

My sincere apology Insomnia and Bubbles.  I took this as just a notifications of the new procedures not the actually place where the orders would be posted.  Man I messed up and truly sorry.
