Insomnia was sluggishly making his way down Flatbush Avenue, exhausted from the long weekend of festivities. He was chain smoking cigarettes like a chimney, bantering with Bubbles and Briya over ideas to help improve their city and districts. It was only a little under two weeks ago he had authorized Briya to setup alongside him as his under boss for the district. In that short time she had stepped up to the plate and gone above and beyond his expectations. 

The trio comes to a stop at one of the local playgrounds in town. Insomnia gestures with his hand for Briya to take a seat at the nearest bench, both taking a seat. Looking over at Bubbles he notices her eagerly looking to play, smiling Insomnia nods his head. 

"Go ahead, have some fun! Just don't go where I can't see you!"

Chuckling out loud he scratches the back of his neck nervously, noticing his protectiveness of her showing. Smiling he looks up at Briya, clearing all the tar from his throat before speaking.

"Thank you once again for following me out here today, I'm sure you know today's the big day for someone we both adore. With your headquarters brimming full we are in need of setting up a new organization to take on further work, bringing in new help."

Insomnia lights up another cigarette before stretching his neck out, looking to see where Bubbles was before continuing speaking.

"Obito will be moving into that house next to yours, the one that's been up on the market for quite some time now. I know with both of you helping me out we can do some big things here in Brooklyn. I apologize now though, for I feel you will grow a certain hate towards his morning wake up calls of explosions. I myself cannot wait to ship him over a couple blocks down so I can get some well needed sleep."

Briya's eyes light up shocked "Why would you bring him to a playground if he's constantly blowing shit up!? Are you crazy!?" 

Taking a drag from his cigarette he chuckles to himself while looking behind him.

"It's the one place I could trust he wouldn't make a grand entry of exploding things." 

In mid sentence Bubbles rushes over tackling into Insomnia before yelling...

"He's here! I seen Obito while I was on top of the jungle gym! I think I even seen fireworks too!"

Insomnia stands up and straightens his suit, preparing himself for whatever surprises Obito had up his sleeves.

Obito was wearing a coat with a symbol on the back, he looked like a masked man blowing things up down the street, of course that really was because of the field of view. He was letting fireworks off like it was the 4th of July and making havoc like he usually would, Insomnia can never get any sleep because of how the Headquarters looked, explosions that barely caused people to go to sleep of course who really doesn't enjoy a little bit of fun, especially everyday. People were looking at him like if he was weird, but there was always a different story to it. Others looked at him with a smile; the kids were jumping up and down like if it was their birthday party so the moods change where they can.

Obito decided to kneel down and get ready to set off another firework. He wasn't that far off from the playground where Godfather Insomnia, Godmother Bubbles and Don Briya were currently stationed, they were watching from not too far away, giving Obito the more than perfect motivation to continue making the night sky shine with colors, people were starting to crowd around as the firework began to light, jogging away to a safe distance and it launched. The firework fired all the way up to the sky before blowing up into sparkles of red, then going to a makeshift green, then blue. It was just nothing but a happy sight.

Obito jumped up and clicked his heels together, letting out a loud "YEAH!" as he strolled his way over to the playground where the trio were. The looks on their faces were surprised, yet that was to be expected. His shenanigans could never outmaneuver the will of the crowd, Obito took a seat on the bench after watching them recover themselves from the little show of explosions, the crowd that was just there recently dispersed and went on about their busy or non-busy day. It was time to be serious, this meeting couldn't have been out of coincidence, his hands clasped together and rested on his lap, he gave Insomnia the look.

"Boss, sorry about that, heh, you see I needed to hype myself up and I couldn't do that without my daily "show" quote on quote." Obito put on a smile, his face literally gave away so much.

"Oh yeah, you might wanna change the sheets, yeah, had a little "accident" yesterday when Yukihira decided to steal my "supply" of stuff. But, I assure you, it was all for jokes. But, enough of my foolishness. What's the nature of the meeting?" Obito exclaimed after giving his story of true triumph, luckily Yukihira wasn't around to hear the story because Obito knew for sure that he was gonna try and change it around and there would be a endless argument, which may or may not end up in a blaze of glory.

Shaking his head Insomnia lets out a sigh, trying as hard as he could not to smile. He knew if he did it would only egg him on even more seeing him laughing. Obito was up to his normal shenanigans trying to get a reaction from Insomnia before they started the meeting and he was doing a damn good job at it, bringing the whole city following the fireworks with him to the low key meeting at the playground. 

"You sure know how to make an appearance, practically painting a bullseye where we are. Not sure if you've noticed, we didn't bring any protection with us out here. Take a seat before you get us all killed."

Insomnia searches the inside of his suit, pulling out a neatly, unwrapped Cuban cigar from one of the hidden pockets. Looking up at Obito he hands him the cigar as a gift.

"After seeing all those fireworks I'm sure it's safe to assume you can light that yourself."

Insomnia smirks while looking at Obito rolling the cigar between his fingers. Taking a moment he lights up a cigarette before continuing speaking.

"I'm sure you've noticed, lately we've been taking in a lot of new faces into our city, leaving us with little wiggle room to take on extra help. I've spoken with Briya and Bubbles prior to today and would like to know if you'd like to step up and lead you're own organization within Brooklyn."

Insomnia notices Obitio's eyebrows raise through his mask, showing he was intrigued at the offer. Grinning he takes a final drag from his cigarette before flicking it towards the ground, stomping it out.

"Besides depriving me of sleep you've been a godsend to our city, helping out with whatever and where ever you could without ever needing asked to. I truly value our friendship and wish to see you get the hell out of my house, clean up this "accident" you spoke of and do bigger and better things elsewhere."

Standing up from the bench Insomnia looks Obito in the eyes awaiting his answer.

Obito could see the irony through Insomnia's face. He let out a grin as he passed him the cuban cigar and he began to light it up and take a puff out of it, it took him a while to relax before being able to fully bring in what was being done around him, Bubbles and Briya were staring at Obito in unison, of course they were just casual glances; not like they were pushing for pressure. Obito thought of the joke Insomnia made just five minutes ago about the fireworks and the cigar, leaving his face with a wide smile.

Obito started to widen his eyes when he was offered a position to be a crew leader within Brooklyn. He didn't think it would come so quick, or really he wasn't expecting this at all; there wasn't gonna be a rush especially since Briya took up the offer to lead her own organization not too long ago. But, where's there opportunity, then it was a plan and an opportunity he was surely gonna take, Obito leaned forward for reassurance; his posture wouldn't want to put off the wrong vibe.

"Boss. I'd be glad to lead my own organization within Brooklyn, I didn't expect this to come so soon, not gonna lie I'm gonna miss depriving you of sleep every night, god, was a mess to clean up but just doing it was the fun part!"

Obito had such a childish attitude, his tone of voice made it very obvious. The coat he was rocking had a red cloud symbol on the back and his mask was surely, though he wondered if the jobs earlier that he attended to with Briya was forwarded without his notice; guess it's something to slip by his mind every once and a while; Insomnia stood up from the bench and with that Obito did the same and gave him a firm handshake, his gloved hand made contact with his palm and he let go afterwards to show the signs of agreement.

"The Akatsuki was born from this day, god, just saying the name makes it badass!" 

Obito decided to show his little cheer by launching a fist in the air. He was so happy, he didn't know what to do, he had to drag people out of bed, get movers, everything. Plans lied ahead for the rest of Brooklyn, Obito wanted to make sure that his legacy becomes apart of those plans and to be implanted into history, or even just basic memory.

"Showtime."

Briya tried to keep a straight face, but it was damn hard. She was beyond happy for one of her closest friends to be getting such an honor. After Insomnia had said his piece, Briya took a few steps forward and smiled.

"We've been through a lot, you and I. I'm proud to stand beside you through whatever comes our way, Obito. Well deserved. Congratulations," she said, embracing him in a quick hug before stepping back quickly. If she wasn't careful, she was apt to get emotional and spoil the upbeat mood.

She had been given the great news by Insomnia and wanted to come along to give her congratulations to Obito. Approaching them both, she nodded with a smile as she hugged Obito before handing him a small box of cigars.

"It's gonna be sad to see you go Obito but I know you will do amazing things in Brooklyn alongside us. You have worked hard and deserve this chance to shine. Good luck and all the best! If you need anything, we are always just round the corner."

She watched as he made his way to his brand new HQ, proud of the new expansion happening and excited to see him prosper.

After the crowd of people seemed to die down some, Bubbles finally made her way over to Obito. She shook his hand before giving him a tight embrace.

"Congratulations, it's so nice to see this wonderful city growing some more. If ever you need anything don't hesitate to give Manhattan a buzz. Though if you will excuse me now, that playground is calling my name once again."

With a smile Bubbles scampered off to conquer the jungle gym once again.

Petah made his way up through the crowd of people to find Obito

"Hey! Congratulations, it has been a pleasure getting to know you over the last few weeks and it is pretty clear Insomnia made a great choice here. I look forward to continuing to work together to make New York the best city it can be! Oh and I brought you something..."

Petah handed Obito a small box and scurried off into the crowd... 

BumbleBee was doing some work in his office at the HQ, when he needed to get some clearance from Bubbles to go ahead on a business proposition. He walked into Bubbles office to find the office empty, he quickly walked around the yard, the kitchen even the living room in the building. Bubbles was no where to be found. This was rare, Bubbles usually wasn't this hard to find. He looked around the HQ for someone that may have some idea of where Bubbles may have been. He knew she was a regular in the business areas, she loved that bar of hers, but it was too early for drinks. Then again, Bubbles dont need to check the time for a drink! He saw Sofia down the hall, he hailed her down and ran right over. 

Hey have you seen Bubbles? I need her to approve of something. 

Sofia looks over at Bee and starts to speak softly "She went down the block to the local Park. I think she is occumpanied by Insomnia and Briya." A high level meeting at the park puzzled BumbleBee a little bit. He grabbed his gun off his desk and ran down the stairs to find the two Godfathers wondering about the neighborhood. As he stepped outside the HQ, he heard some explosions going off. He grabbed his gun swiftly, only to see fireworks going off in the sky. He knew where he was going now. He just followed the trail of the fireworks. Once he makes his way to the park he notices Briya and Bubbles playing around in the park. And like a good father figure, Bee spotted Insomnia sitting next to Obito having some words with him. Bee looked at the Godfather and Obito, tipped his hat and smiled. The smirk on Obitos face was from ear to ear, Bee started wondering what Obito was up to. Not wanting to disturb the convo, he traces Bubbles down and discusses his business. 

Hey I am going to give the go ahead on that shipment coming in this week. If your fine with it? 

Bubbles smiled and nodded her head in agreement. Then she smiles and says "You see them two over there? He's giving Obito the promotion" Bee wondered for a second. He about to join the RHM club?!?! Bubbles laughs and responds "No! he's getting THE promotion" It finally hit Bee what was going on, Obito was getting keys to his own building in New York. All pumped up he walks over to the bench where Insomnia was sitting with Obito. 

Hello Godfather, so nice to see you about the neighborhood. He kisses the Godfathers ring and gives him a hug. He then looks over at Obito and gives him a solid handshake before giving him a full on hug. Congratulations on the new job dude. You have certainly made a name for your self in the short time you've been here in New York. I wish you the best of luck as you prepare to setup shop in New York, building your organization to help the influx of business in New York. We have not worked together much, but I look forward to it good sir. If you ever need anything buddy, I'm always available. He offers Obito a fine Cuban cigar from his personal collection, since he didnt have anything else as a present. He lights the cigar for Obito and offers one to Godfather Insomnia as well. He lights the Godfathers cigar and takes off back to the office to finish his days affairs. As he's walking out the park he looks back. 

You guys going to hit the bars tonight? Its a night to celebrate, ill see you guys at the bars as soon as I finish this piece of business. Shots on me tonight!!!
