Syndicate had just finished having a conversation with the Godfathers regarding the city of Seattle. He strolled out to a spot in the middle of the streets and wondered if he'd be able to speak loud enough for all the cities to hear him. He checked the ground for a soap box to stand upon, finding one labeled Paper Street Soap Company, He quickly flipped it over and stood on top of it. Now surely, every city will be able to hear his voice.

"May I have your attention please! Two months ago the city of Seattle was added to our maps as a prime real estate for our kind of... Business. The Crew Leaders met and decided that the city will be open for members of our organizations to send an application in. This went well for some time but as of yesterday the city of Seattle went one full month with no new applicants."

"The city of Seattle has had its ups and downs, it worked for some time, but as you can see it is only currently populated by one final Pioneer-er" Syndicate chuckled at his own joke. "With the district of Ballard empty and no new applications, the clock is ticking and it won't be long before the hostiles move in on Seattle and make the city uninhabitable. The leaders of this world did all they could in my eyes to promote the city and not interfere but as it was pointed out, the history books don't paint Open Cities in a favorable light. We can't change the past, our predecessors may have ruined this for us but the last thing we will do is backtrack by following in their footsteps and having a violent end to the city. We hope in the future, the community will have a better view of Open Cities" Syndicate paused for a moment to gauge the reactions on people's faces before starting again.

"Therefore, the Godfather's have decided we will repurpose the city of Seattle. James_Coonan, who originally came from my family, has done an excellent job in his position. We see no reason to ask him to step down or retire because the community is not as brave as he. Instead, James_Coonan will transfer to the district of Bella Vista, Philadelphia to work under Don Joe_Ligambi and myself as a Crew Leader in a non-competition city. We are excited to welcome him, and congratulate him on his journey in proving himself to this community." Syndicate waited for the group in front of him to finish clapping.

"The rights to expand into the west coast city of Seattle will be given to the west coast Cities of Las Vegas and Los Angeles to use as they see fit. Godfathers @Shaggs and @RomanReigns will update the community once a decision has been made."

"We thank you for your time and we hope that future applicants to open cities will remember our efforts with Seattle. This soapbox discussion is open for any questions you might have or any advice that you would like to give us for future open cities as they are added to our maps. If, however, you are the kind of person that will never apply for an open city, please do not waste our time."

Are people afraid to speak, Syndicate?
