Soooo there's a loose RP idea that with some energy and creative input could turn into something quite cool (IMO).

I'm opening it up to the site as although I thoroughly enjoy who I write with, I'm thinking others might also be interested that would otherwise not get the chance without this post.

I see it like this. A poker game. Role-played. One player who uses their own character or plays a NPC to be the dealer. They use a dice system to determine the cards being dealt, or ghost deal the game as it unfolds. Other players run their own plot points within the environment, but the game ties it all in. Any number of things could be happening post by post in and around the game and could stretch the RP well beyond the game at hand. All the while, the game itself keeps things somehow tied together. 

Here's the kicker. It wont be just any old card game. It will be a RP that attempts to add a touch of Tarantino. He has some amazing dialogue scenes in his movies with high tension, banter, edge, style and humour. But most of all, they are bad ass fuck. Pulp Fiction. Inglorious Bastards. Kill Bill. Reservoir Dogs. Jackie Brown. Natural Born Killers. Django Unchained. Hateful Eight. 

The scene of the diner at the start of Reservoir Dogs comes to mind (a group of gangsters sharing each others company before a job). Just add a poker game to it. But anything by this great writer and director could be an example and inspire some ideas on what story you write and tie into the game itself.

This will be a little different and I'm not entirely sure how it will all go, but if this might interest you hit me up or post below and we can get some ideas brewing to turn this into an actual RP.

Could be fun, could be a cluster fuck. Let's see what happens :)
