We have secured the house for Friday, September 28th until Friday, October 5th The rooms are being booked as first come first serve as far as payments go.

The cost is $350, plus a $50 dollar refundable security deposit that we will get back after the meet assuming we don't burn the place down.

All funds paid for the house are used to pay the bills in the following order: House, Supplies, Food, Snacks, Alcohol, Beer.  If we fall short, users will have to provide their own beer, or alcohol, or snacks, and so on.  (But if the house gets near booked, we should be have everything covered)

Every breakfast/lunch will be prepared by a different group of people assigned for that meal with community food.

Every night, a different group of people will assemble and will purchase and provide dinner for the rest of the house.

To book your space, purchase the $400 in credits, and then send all the credits you receive from the purchase to Squishy with a note of '2018 Meet', then talk to IzzyCreamcheese on IRC for selecting the room and assistance with travel arrangements/pickup from airport/bus/train and whatever questions you may have.

Provided theres not a cold snap where its super freezing, landlord says the pool will be open.
