I think this idea has been tossed around before, but I can't remember why it's not a thing yet. Definitely a +1 from me though. Have pre-selected amounts (or hell even just a blank space that the players can agree upon before starting?) and of course House would needs its cut, but this would be nifty.

This is actually a really interesting idea. Very tactful, chess, but don't feed me that Checkers garbage... 

But no, this is a great idea and I'd be all for it as well.

It would be awesome if some how it was implemented into game but there is always the option also I suppose running events city wide for something such as this as it's also been done before.

I'd personally love to play some chess and smash Serana showing her a thing or two.

What about checkers for the real intellectuals. 

As a chess player, this could be fun if it could be programmed into the game.  A little side game of chess now and then.  Interesting.

This is a wonderful idea in my opinion. A major +1 from me! Can you imagine CL's telling their members to meet them at the chess boards?

"Meet me at the chess boards," now synonymous with, "We need a sit down."

Or if CL's needed to have a meet between each other. Play chess while negotiating?

Should for certain add a timer in to the mix so if someone doesn't play within a set given amount of time, the other player auto wins by forfeit. (Since life is never guaranteed in this thing of ours... lol)

Could even have a Grandmaster Title tournament. :) HUGE pot supplied by entrance fees for the tournament!

I'll throw a +1 at this idea.  I think it would be nice to sit down and challenge my Dollar Menu Pal to a little battle of the minds (she'd crush me but I'd put up a damn good fight!)  lol!  Seriously though - this should be a thing!

As a fan of playing chess I would really get behind an idea such as this, would be nice, and another way for people to blow of steam and of course make a little bit of money :D definite must! YES!
