Briya stuffed her hands into her overcoat, looking up at the sky as she walked a little faster to Insomnia's headquarters. Rounding the corner, she saw a private car pull up to the curb, and ReignMan climb out of the back, shooing off his driver. 

"Hey, you! Guess something big is going down if they called us both in," she laughed as they climbed the stairs and walked inside. The laugh was a bit forced; Briya was actually ransacking her mind in an effort to remember if she'd actually screwed up somewhere and was about to receive a dressing-down.

When the two made it into the conference room, her fears doubled. Both Insomnia and Bubbles were there, looking rather stern. She glanced at ReignMan, who looked cool as a cucumber as he accepted one of the empty chairs. Briya did the same, trying to relax but finding it hard to do so.

"So. You two need to go," Bubbles began, her hip resting against the desk. Briya's heart stopped.

"Briya, take a breath. You're turning blue," Insomnia smiled. 

Bubbles continued. "Insomnia and I feel you two are ready for a bigger challenge. We've seen what you can do in New York, and feel that you can do even better...in Las Vegas," she smiled. Briya looked at ReignMan; he looked just as stunned. Did this mean...?

"We'd like you two to set up over there as soon as possible. When the time comes, ReignMan, you'll be taking the seat of Godfather Chairman in The Strip, and Briya, you'll take Godfather of Summerlin," Insomnia said with an uncharacteristic lack yawning. 

"We feel that you two will stand together and represent New York quite well. Is this something you'd be interested in doing?" Bubbles asked as she looked between the two of them.

Briya blinked for several moments, then looked once more at ReignMan, a huge grin breaking out on her face. 

"Oh yes, I absolutely think so! Thank you for this opportunity," Briya replied, trying not to gush or hyperventilate.

Vegas!

Reign sat there for a moment and stared blankly between Bubbles and Insomnia. He slowly turned to look at Briya and saw she had been doing the same to him. Minutes seemed to go by and it all seemed to be slow motion. Reign snapped out of it and started grinning from ear to ear.

"I think we are both very honored that you've given us this opportunity to represent New York out in Las Vegas. Thank you both very very much! We won't let you down."

He stands up and walks around the desk giving both Bubbles and Insomnia hugs. Reign looked over at Briya, smiling, and walks over to her embracing her in his arms. He whispers "we got this" in her ear and squeezes a little tighter. With work to be done, Briya and Reign are excused to go off and get things going in Vegas.

BumbleBee had been charged to go scope out Las Vegas the last some days. Godfather Bubbles and Insomnia wanted to hear about the criminal activities out west since the demise of the last LV family. BumbleBee had presented to both the Godfathers what was going on in the city of LV and how organized crime was falling to bits and pieces into the hands of the local thugs. Not that there weren't enough thugs to run the business, just it was way to messy. These young kids on the block knew nothing about La Cosa Nostra, they knew nothing about taking pride in business and the mob. They only cared about money, there was no sense of values in their business. And all of this, brought way too much heat on the criminal empire in LV. Once Bee had finished his presentation, he was told to send in the other two senior Crew Leaders in New York to the meeting between Bubbles and Insomnia. He knew something was up, and this was the right move. He had a hunch, but no confirmations yet. 

Couple of days later he noticed an extra bounce in Briya and ReignMan step. It seemed like they were doing their "Im in New York I wanna do this before I leave thing", there were tons of boxes coming into their HQ's, trucks being packed up. And then there was another meeting slated for the night where Bubbles had to meet up with Insomnia in Brooklyn. As the car with BumbleBee and Bubbles pulled up to the HQ he noticed Briya and Reigns entourage outside Insomnias compound. He smiled as he was starting to catch on a little bit. He walked Bubbles up to the conference room and then disappeared, to let the Godfathers have their conversations with the two new Godfather's to be. 

Once the meeting was over. He saw ReignMan and Briya walk out with huge smiles, almost ready to get on a plane to the West coast. He walked up to both of them and gave them huge hugs. 

You guys have been a huge help and an intricate part of New York since I've been charged with being Right Hand to Bubbles. You guys made my job so much easier. And it was always fun to kick it in Reigns HQ at night playing cards and getting drunk. To visiting Briya's lounge way up there. As he pointed to the sky. You guys will be sorely missed in New York. But you guys bigger things to take on now. You guys are being charged to bring the criminal world of LV back in tow. And to provide and teach some of those young thugs in LV some about La Cosa Nostra. 

He gives them both another hug as they leave for their car. 

Congratulations both of you. I expect nothing but the best from you. And I wish you tons of luck in this new adventure. 

Looking down at the piece of paper Insomnia was holding in his hand, he double checks the address on the building before opening the gate to knock on the door.

"Welp it looks like this is the place."

Smiling Insomnia folds up the paper, placing it into his chest pocket while knocking on the front door. Ever since the duo had left New York Insomnia was finding himself lonely, missing them like crazy and often day dreaming how they were settling in the sin city.  Today he decided it was time to check up on them, taking the red eye over to Las Vegas where he had heard the two were currently located at.

The latch behind the door unlocks, swinging open. There was a handful of bodyguards located at the entrance with their hands at the hip, ready to grab for their pistols if needed. 

"Relax! Relax! It's just me!"

Cracking a grin Insomnia raises his hands in the air as a sign of peace. 

"Where's Briya and Reignman at? I was in town on a business trip and wanted to check in with them while I'm here." Insomnia brushes his nostril with his thumb smirking.

One of the bodyguards nods, bowing his head out of respect before leading the way into the basement. Insomnia didn't bring his gun with him today, he was really hoping he came to the right address and not being lead into a trap. Just then his worries were gone, ReignMan and Briya were sitting at the table with papers scattered all over the desk. They were going over business plans and housing for their newest captains that would soon be announced to the public.

Insomnia leaned against the wall, standing there unnoticed while listening to the duo calmly working together over their ideas. Searching his chest pocket he reveals a cigarette, lighting it up while taking a long drag from it. Briya was the first to hear the flick of the lighter, quickly spinning around while holding her pointed at him.

"Woah! Woah! Woah! It's just me!"

"Insomnia...?" Briya asks, squinting to get a better look before standing up from her seat, quickly jolting over towards him hugging.

"Yup it's just me!"

Smiling he winks at her before shifting his focus over towards Reignman who was still seated. Walking over Insomnia shakes the soon to be chairman's hand, lifting his ass up from the chair hugging him.

"It's so good to see you both! It feels like ages ago since the move."

Insomnia stops mid sentence, smacking his forehead while smiling, remembering he had this uncomfortable bottle of whiskey he was hiding in the sleeve of his pocket as a gift for the two. Leaning to the side he giggles the bottle from his sleeve, handing it over to ReignMan.

"Care for a drink? I felt I owed you two a toast in celebration of each of your accomplishments reaching this point in your career. You both have been such a big piece to New York it's almost been a bit depressing not seeing you guys around town anymore. Though I know the move was for the best, you both have truly deserved this opportunity and I can already see you two are doing an excellent job."

Cracking open the bottle he raises it in the air "cheers!" taking a large swing from it Insomnia wipes his lips, handing the whiskey to Briya with a smile.

"Insomnia! Insomnia!" Bubbles called out to her New York partner in crime. They both had been in Vegas for a visit, he wasn't that long ago that Briya and ReignMan has picked up their operations from New York and took over sin city. They were supposed to be there together but somehow Insomnia wandered off. It wasn't the first time he done something like this, hell it wasn't even the second or third time. She had actually lost count at this point but it was what it was, just had to find him again.

The only issue here was he had the piece of paper with the address on it and she couldn't remember what it was. So she continued walking down the street shouting his name, it was garnering the attention of just about everyone on the streets. Most all of the people gave her a funny look, as most of the civilians had no idea who Insomnia actually was.

She noticed a short pudgy fellow leaning up against one of the street posts, he had made eye contact with her and once eye contact was made she was free to engage him in conversation.

"Hey you!"

The fellow pointed to himself. "Me?"

"Yeah you. Tell me have you seen a man about this big?" She placed her hand above her head to about the height she thought Insomnia actually was. "He's really tired looking and not the neatest dresser but it kind of works for him. Have you seen anyone like that around here?"

The fellow stopped to think for a moment, he did remember someone just a few moments ago that kind of fit that description.

"Uhm, yeah I think I seen him. I believe he went down there."

The fellow pointed down the road.

"He dipped into that alley down there."

"Alley you say?"

"Yup, if it's the guy you're describing."

With a shrug and a smile, Bubbles thanked the man and headed down to where he told her. She walked down the alley and into a side door of a building.

"Hello?" Bubbles said softly. She could hear the chatter of a couple people, so she made her way down the narrow hallway. The voices began to get louder and a bit more clear. She was in the right spot, those were voices she knew and knew well. With a smile she popped her head around the corner to see Insomnia, Briya and ReignMan in the midst of a toast.

"Seriously Insomnia?" The three quick turned their heads all in one motion to Bubbles standing in the doorway with her arms crossed in front of her. "I look down for one second and you disappear. You couldn't even wait for me to find this place before you toasted them."

She shook her head and walked past Insomnia. Making her way to Briya first, giving her a big hug. Then over to ReignMan giving him a similar big hug. 

"You guys... New York isn't the same without you all but I couldn't be more proud to see you guys or at least hear about how well you both are doing out here. I'm so happy we were able to give you both this opportunity."

She looked back at Insomnia.

"Mind if I get some of that whiskey?"
