Further to my previous speech of the exciting move of GaylordFocker and Falcao to Sin City, I believe it is time to continue on this upward curve and add more stability to organized crime. This will be achieved by offering another batch of opportunities to those who have earned it in my illustrious eyes. With that in mind, I am happy to announce that there is going to be a couple of changes to the leadership within New York and Saint Louis over the next coming weeks.

One of these changes will be the move of one of my top notch leaders from New York to Saint Louis to continue the fine work that Caveman has started there. It is my pleasure to announce that Joey_Cesari will be moving to Saint Louis as part of the plans to revamp organized crime in the city. Caveman will remain in Saint Louis to assist him in the running of the city and be one of Joey's leading figures in making this location one of the best, hopefully exceeding its prior history within days. This is well deserved and I'm glad that I'm able to give Joey the opportunity to run his own city after the excellent work he's put in with me here in New York. Probably still the luckiest man ever to grace New York let alone all the cities combined and it saddens me that he will be off making a life of his own very soon, but it's his time to excel where so many others have failed.

Of course, with this move I will be left with one superb crewleader down, which I see as an opportunity for someone else to fill the chasm left by Joey. This individual is one of the more impressive characters that New York has to offer and it gives me great satisfaction to be able to utilize his talents in running his own family under me here in New York. His bloodline has been a gem for me personally and one I know I can fully rely on. I have no doubts that he will prove to be a worthy addition to the ranks in the Big Apple. With no further ado, it's my pleasure to introduce Altidore as the new addition to the leaders in New York.

Congratulations Joey!  Haven't been more proud in all of my time in this thing of ours.  I know you'll do great in leading us in St. Louis ;)

Also, don't know you at all Altidore, but I know you'll do good for the great city of New York under GF TheDean.

Abbie had just gotten finsished revising an article for The Tribune, when a commotion in front of him broke out. Walking up to the group of people, and pulling them apart, Abbie shook his head in dismay. Why would people brawl in broad daylight like that? Still shaking his head, he walked along further until he saw TheDean. Realizing this was an important announcement, Abbie quickly broke out of his head shaking dismay, and listened intently. It had appeared that his crewleader was moving cities, and that a change of scenery was in place for him. This both saddened and cheered Abbie up, as he was accustomed to the lifestyle of New York, which was sure to be vastly changed whilst in Saint Louis.

Congratulations Joey! Well deserved if I don't say so myself. It should be an interesting time setting up in a new city, putting forth new rules and whatnot, but I have no fear that you will succeed in whatever it is you choose to do. Though the move will be long and hard, I feel that us angels will shine gallantly in Saint Loius, as well as we do currently in New York. Congratulations to you too, Altidore, it certainly is an honour to be set up in our departure.

On a serious not I wish you well I know you've worked hard to get here and its deserved.

EasterHank packs his eggs and his bunny suits into a suitcase even though the move is still a week or so away. 

I can't wait to serve in the 'Gateway to the west'.  It should be fun...and I hope there will plenty of houses to hide some eggs there too!

Joey_Cesari steps out of the shadows and walks up to the crowd gathered around Godfather TheDean. He then makes his way up to TheDean and shakes hand.

Thank you Godfather for this opportunity to run St. Louis. Words can't express how much joy it brings me to have earned this right in your eyes. This is the chance of a lifetime and I plan on doing my very best to do you and New York proud. I will do everything in my power to turn St. Louis into a thriving city once again, along side Caveman and of course some others but those will remain a secret for the time being.

I spent a lot of time with you, committing crimes and hanging out in the HQ and waiting for time day has been a wait for waiting. Once you have achieved the Godfather status, we will have to be sure to have dinner and catch up on business old friend.
