It had been a week or so since the move to Las Vegas had taken place. Everyone had worked really hard to get the new mansion all set up. A place for everything and everything in its place. The place looked amazing and almost every room in the place was full up. Nyx had even managed to keep the cap on her sharpie since the move, so there were no scribbles anywhere to be seen. 

Reignman sat at his desk staring out the window in a daydream. His mind was racing with envisions of the future expansions about to take place in their new city. With Briya and her crew just down the street, Reign knew it was only fitting to have put a hold on the sale of another mansion that sat on a plot of land just between Reign's and Briya's places. A few minutes went by before Reign snapped out of his daze. The phone at his desk rang, he stares at it for a moment then picks it up and puts the receiver to his ear. 

After finishing his conversation and laying the phone back on the receiver, Reign nods and smiles then gets up and grabs his coat. He runs down the hall knocking on every single door. He shouts as he runs up and down the hall "Get your asses up! Get up!!! Meet me downstairs in TEN!!" 

Reign makes his way downstairs just in time to see Bubbles and Insomnia walk in together.. followed shortly by Briya and Maddix_Cruz as well as LillJack and Brancer. They all greet each other with handshakes and hugs and a few laughs. Bubbles wanted a tour of the place real quick since she hadn't seen it yet. 

Lucky and Dollface were the first to get downstairs.. followed by Nyx, SamStone, Satire, and JamesGandolfini. Just as they all got settled and sat down.. Reign walks into the room with Bubbles and Insomnia. Everyone's faces began to glow with smiles and they all greeted the Godfather and Godmother of New York. 

"Alright.. everyone.. everyone.. thank you all for getting down here so quickly. As you see, we have a couple of surprise guests here with us today." ...Reign says before pausing. "They did not want to miss such a special day."

"Special day?" Lucky says with a puzzled look. 

"Yes!! Special.. see today is the day we celebrate expansion in Las Vegas. Lucky, I told you some time ago that if we were ever in a good spot to do so.. you'd be da' man! Sooo.. I think it's only fitting I boot your ass next door so you can start running your own family under me here in The Strip."

Lucky looked extremely stunned and not completely prepared to have heard such great news. He looked over at Dollface as she looked over at him. Their mouths were both catching flies damn near. Lucky and Dollface embraced each other in a hug and both got up and started hugging everyone.. one by one. It appeared that was Lucky's way of accepting what had just been offered to him. 

"Lucky, you've come a long way and you've made me extremely proud. I have complete faith that you will do an amazing job running your family here in The Strip alongside me. Congratulations my good friend! Ladies and gentlemen.. I present to you the newest leader in Las Vegas and head of 'The Mirage'!"

At first he wasn’t sure if he heard ReignMan correctly, in fact he wasn’t completely sure what he had heard. It wasn’t something he was expecting to hear, especially this early in the morning. So it kind of initially went in one ear and out the other, it was a couple seconds later after replaying what Reign said in his head that he realized what he had said. 

Immediately his jaw dropped with excitement as he glanced over at Dollface who had just about the same facial expression as him. Lucky sprung out of his chair, lifted up Doll and embraced her with a spinning type hug. Gently placing her down Lucky walked up to where Reign was standing, shook his hand and gave him a solid hug. 

“I don’t even know where to start here. One I’m a bit shocked but in another aspect I kind of knew this coming. Though you definitely took me by surprise this morning.” Lucky said with a deep chuckle. 

“I haven’t even had my coffee yet and here I am being told you’re kicking me out. All joking aside though, I couldn’t be more honored to do this and be a part of this new adventure out here in Las Vegas. I know it’s not an easy task but it’s surely a task I’m going to take more seriously then you can imagine. Thank you boss man for this opportunity, I won’t let you down.”

Lucky hugged him once more before making his rounds around the room. Everyone was standing up waiting for their turn to congratulate him, which it took a while to do and by the time he was done he was back facing Doll. 

“Well looks like it’s you and me kid, what do you say we get this thing started? After a cup of coffee that is of course.”
 

I am honored to serve next to you Lucky and have a LV family and a NY family.... You are Da Man!

Obito couldn't help but hear about the big news where ReignMan gave Lucky the greenlight to lead his greatest crew yet ever alongside him out in Vegas, he flew out just for the opportunity and busted through the doors of ReignMan's headquarters in the presence and went towards the office where they were all meeting up but he couldn't do it without letting out a loud "WOO!" and doing the Irish Jig straight after, he was carrying a crate full of fireworks as he went out on the street and started lighting them up as they launched into sky spelling out "Lucky!" 

Obito grabbed a random guy and started dancing. 

after ReignMan said few words about Lucky and his own HQ here in Strip,LillJack decided that is time to stand up to say few words

"Lucky my man it was honor to work with you as always,I think that there is no better person than you that can take new HQ in the Strip,I know that you will make us proud and expand Strip,cheers brother"

after that LillJack light cigar and take glass of fine whiskey that just arrived from New York

Sam was just about to finish buttoning his shirt in his room when ReignMan’s yelling and stomping up and down the hall startled him. Sam quickly adjusted his clothes and opened the door to his room and peeked his head into the hallway, just catching ReignMan, Dollface, and Lucky walking down the stairs. 

The sound of ReignMan’s voice sounded pretty urgent so Sam grabbed his gun from under his pillow and proceeded down the stairs. Once downstairs Sam immediately noticed that all the upper structure of Las Vegas and together with Godfather Insomnia and Bubbles were gathered in the same room. Sam noticed Nyx in the room and decided to walk over to her. Sam smirked as he gave Nyx a playful nudge on the shoulder as he slid in right beside her, knowing very well he’s gonna pay for that nudge later.

After ReignMan delivered the good news to everyone, Sam walked up to Lucky and congratulated him. “Congratulations Lucky, remember if you ever need anything, we’re just next door.” Sam stepped back so that the next person could congratulate Lucky on his success.

Briya stepped forward, slipping an envelope into Lucky's breast pocket as she leaned in for a congratulatory hug. 

"I have no doubt you're the best man for the job. Best of luck to you, Lucky, and if you ever need anything, hell, just lean out your HQ window and give a holler," she winked.

Bubbles had been in LV just for this occasion, she was personally asked to be here from Reign and well even if she wasn't it wasn't going to be something that she was going to miss. The only issue with this all was the fact Reign wanted to do it so damn early, even for NY time it was early. What made it even worse, he didn't even have any coffee. Yeah you heard that correctly, no damn coffee. What kind of person doesn't have coffee???

Even though there wasn't any coffee she still put on a good face, made her way downstairs and found herself a comfortable spot seating right next to Insomnia. For a guy who is always tired he seemed to be in quite the chipper mood. Even playfully poking her in the side a couple of times, each time Bubbles smacked his hand away. "Stop that!" she said in a semi stern but joking voice.

He poked her once more but before she was able to yell at him Reign started speaking. Bubbles glared at Insomnia while biting her tongue, then looked at Reign as he introduced Lucky as the newest crew leader in The Strip. His reaction was priceless, she could sense the shear joy he had hearing the news. It was quite the proud moment for Bubbles, seeing her friends doing so well.

Patiently she waited for Lucky to make his rounds until getting to her. She gave him a huge hug.

"Lucky, I can't be more happy to see you get this chance. I know you will do wonderful things out here in Las Vegas. This is kind of bittersweet for me you know? Missing you guys in New York but happy you're doing so well. Just know, if you ever need anything and anything at all I'll be just a call away."

Taking a step back she took a seat again while Lucky finished. She just sat back and took it all in. That was until Lucky mentioned coffee, it was music to her ears.

"Coffee, yes please. I'll buy."

Brancer smoked a cigarette as the other made their way over to congratulate Lucky. It was nice to see such a class act making his way through the ranks in Vegas. The way Lucky took the news had caused Brancer to laugh as he sipped on his drink.  When he saw his opening he shot forward and shook Lucky's hand firmly.

"You were destined to do big things on The Strip the moment you were put here with a name like that." Brancer said flashing him a big grin. "Normally this is where I would say good luck to you..." His eyes looked off for a moment and then he shook his head. "So good luck." The pain of not saying his horrible pun that Lucky had no doubt heard numerous times over this course of his life was etched across Brancer's face. He quickly moved off to the side to allow other's to congratulate him. 

As Brancer looked around the room he smiled. Las Vegas was quickly feeling more and more like home to him every day. 

The sound of ReignMan's voice booming through HQ caught her attention, The note of excitement in his voice caused her to perk a bit. With a stretch she slipped from the hallway window seat,with a slight annoyed look on face,she tossed her book down, fingers slowly slip through black curtain of hair, pushing it back from her face. With a flick of hands, adjusting her trench coat, she made her way down stairs.

Teal pools glanced around still new HQ, and it came to her in a rushing flood, "Like omg!! where the fuck are My scribbles!!" Oh this will have to change here pretty soon.

A playful spark flickered in eyes as Bubbles came to view, without second thought, she pounced and rolled Bubbles!! Smothering her in loves before moving back to the stairs in to see SamStone come down. Slender brow arched as the thought of tripping him came to mind. "No No Nyx, behave!!" the voice in her head whispered, another time.....

A soft content sigh slipped from lips as she leaned against the nearest walls, pulling out a smoke, she stood there and smiled and nodded at all the familiar faces, she couldn't help but wonder what was going on. Eyes darted over the flood before landing on ReignMan, Lucky and all the other important ppl. 

A hush fell over the room as Boss Man spoke about how Lucky was gonna venture out take up his own crew. A proud grin painted her face, pushing away from the wall, giving SamStone a light kick on the shin as she mad her way through the crowd. 

She waited her turn to congrat Lucky, stepping forward to quickly embrace him in a sisterly hug. "Thank you for everything you did for me and our family, but as a FYI, I got new perm markers, so I might have to come visit soon!!" With that she turned to stick tongue out at ReignMan before moving off to cause trouble...

Insomnia had received a telephone call really early this morning from ReignMan. Luckily for ReignMan, Insomnia had already been awake. One thing he never enjoyed was the early phone calls unless it was important. They casually chatted for several minutes, catching up on things before being told of Lucky's big day, setting up his own headquarters down the strip.

"Say no more, I'll be there!"

It just so happened Insomnia was already in town after having visited Jack_Mcgurn and celebrating with a few drinks in his newly earned headquarters. Packing up his things at the hotel Insomnia was staying at he takes his suitcase into the limo, giving his personal driver the directions to ReignMan's mansion. 

The limo pulls up into a freshly paved parking lot that had just looked like it was finished drying. Thanking Benjamin, his driver, Insomnia exits the limo and stretches his arms out while taking a deep breath of fresh air.

"Oh man I love it here! The air is so fresh and crisp!"

Rubbing his hands together excitedly Insomnia bursts into a slight sprint towards the door, not looking to be to late to the event. He was about to knock when Obito opened the door, holding a handful of fireworks with a wide grin on his face.

"Oh god, your here to!? I guess they just invite anyone."

Insomnia enters the room smiling while nudging Obito playfully. 

"Where's everyone at? Don't tell me were the only ones here so far?"

Obito twitches his head, gesturing towards the living room. Insomnia places his arm around Obito's shoulder while walking into the living room, showing him what he brought Lucky as a house warming gift. 

"You think he will like it?"

As Obito was about to answer Insomnia notices Bubbles already seated waving him over, pushing Obito aside he walks over towards her taking a seat. ReignMan was in the middle of the room finishing up his toast to Lucky's big achievement when Insomnia began to pester Bubbles, poking at her side trying to get a reaction.

"I'm not touching you..."

Insomnia pretended like he was about to pinch Bubbles when he notices everyone stand up, walking over towards Lucky hugging him and shaking hands.

"Welp I guess it's about time to quit fooling around and congratulate Lucky."

Sneaking up behind Lucky Insomnia places his hand lightly on his shoulder, getting his attention.

"Congratulations my friend! I heard the news this morning and came as soon as I could."

Reaching into his jacket pocket Insomnia reveals an aged bottle of scotch, handing it over to Lucky with a nod and smile.

"You've definitely deserved this bud, you've done so much for us while you were in New York and I can only imagine you'll the same if not more over in Las Vegas. I'll always appreciate and remember everything you did for the big apple. I wish you and your family the best of luck in your new journey."

Leaning forward Insomnia hugs Lucky, patting him on the back.

BumbleBee had heard there was a ceremony planned out in Las Vegas this weekend. He knew Bubbles was already planning for a week long stay out west to try out the new casinos ReignMan had just acquired. Bubbles always did like to gamble a bit. The thrill of the betting and the flow of liquor made it all worth the while to her. Ever the planner, Bubbles had suitcases ready for the flight days in advance. Bee was walking around her room, grabbing some stuff she had asked him to grab, only to stumble over these large leather sacks...was the best way to describe them. Once back down in Bubbles office. 

You taking all those bags upstairs to LV? You moving out there or something? BumbleBee said with a laugh. But seriously, how much luggage do you really need for a West Coast vacation? 

She shrugged off Bee's comments and had a sip of her wine. "You need to get your stuff packed up too. I think were gonna leave tonight. You better be packed". This is when BumbleBee hit a little bit of a hiccup. 

Ah! See Boss, we got this meeting tomorrow. And I cant miss it. So lets change the plans a bit some what no? 

He looked at Bubbles with his innocent smile and those deep eyes. 

How about you fly out there tonight and start your vacation a little early. I heard Insomnia is flying out there tonight as well. You'll both have a bar buddy! And Ill see you out there first thing in the afternoon. 

Bubbles wasn't really happy with the arrangement, but agreed and flew out to LV before Bee. As soon as Bee finished up his meeting with the capo's in Manhattan he boarded a plane to Las Vegas. He could already picture it in his head. The city in the desert. It was like hell on earth, it was sweaty hot, every thing imaginable was allowed...yet in many ways it was just like paradise. As soon as Bee's plane landed he jumped into a car waiting for him and signaled the driver to go to ReignMan's HQ's, but with a pit stop. BumbleBee had to pickup a gift for the occasion. Fashionably a little late. Bee walked in after the announcement had been made. He walked past some of his old New Yorker friends, shaking hands with Dollface Nyx, Brancer, SamStone and Briya. Only to run into the lot from New York! 

Ah there you guys are, as he shook hands with Obito. Where is Bubbles and Insomnia? Obito points him in Lucky's direction. Bee looked over to see Insomnia giving Lucky a big hug. Having waited all plane ride for this moment BumbleBee ran over to Lucky only to be pulled over by ReignMan. ReignMan gave Bee a big hug as Bee finally made it to where Lucky was. 

It is with great pleasure that I see you taking on these responsibilities as crew leader. You have certainly earned this opportunity, with your hard work and loyalty. I cant think of a better person to take upon this challenge to expand the criminal business in the city of Las Vegas. I have no doubt that you will make us all very proud Lucky. 

He gives Lucky a hug and hands him a pistol case. This is the pit stop he made before coming here.
