"its a large building, 2 levels..." John said

"yup, it is...this is the one" Thomas replied

He took out a cigarette, lights it with a match, breathout as always and said, "come on.. lets do it"

they walk inside,it was quiet, floor was covered with dust, some furnitures in a corner...

"we are closed gentlemen"...Thomas and john looked the voice direction, a bald man with a brown jacket. "we are selling this place" Thomas replied: "so we came to the right place"..."good man, we are buyers.."

then John passes him a piece of paper, you could tell it was from an official organization or an important person.

"oh.. i see. come on" he leads them to the table in a corner, there was a book as well as a bottle of whisky with 4 glasses...

"Help your self gentlemen"... "okey its written the price we need and the time you need, i think its... look i cant evacuate till Tuesday" "its ok i can give ya a couple of days...thursday?"

Thomas replied "yeah sure, its so, much better..." then he looked around, searched his pockets for a pen,"where did i put.. that.."

"Here, take this" John gave him a pen

"okey, till you finish the drink, i do the paper work".. a minute passed,... "umm sry, whith the name of?"

Thomas said:   "The Peaky Blinders"

Dino had heard through HQ gossip about the new crew setting up in South Side. He made his way over there to offer his congratulations and also to meet the other crew members. You always had to network to get on in this life and who knows one day you may need their assistance.

As he approached the building he could see a lot of workmen still finishing off what looked to be a mighty fine residence. He pushed past some grease monkey and was careful not to get any wet paint on his new cashmere coat.

Clutching a bottle of 12yr old malt he made his way over to what looked to be the main office. Opening the door he found the office deserted. Slightly disappointed he placed the bottle in the centre of the desk and picked up a piece of paper and scribbled a quick note.

"Felicitations! May you be very happy here and prosper." Signing it Dino he turned and made his way to the exit.
