Oliver walks onto the Streets, taking a final drag from his cigarette before tossing it onto the ground. He smiled sweetly at an old woman who glared at him for his careless littering before rounding a corner and spying a young thug with a soapbox, obviously about ready to make his own announcement. “Hey mate,” Ollie said, hooking the box away from the young man with his foot and nodding politely, “You won’t mind if I borrow this, yeah?” Without waiting for an answer, he dragged it some five feet away towards the hustle and bustle of the main street activity. A second later he was perched precariously on top of the small cube, whistling loudly until he gained the attention of a few people that passed. Ladies and gentlemen- and everything in between- I have an exciting announcement to make. It is no surprise that many times a day I hear young Mafiosi from all walks of life mentioning the two open cities- New York and what has now become the new bastard step child of the Six Cities, Los Angeles. While I can offer no answers to the Los Angeles situation at the current moment, I can and will provide the answers for the currently empty Big Apple. I would like to welcome the newest head of an establishment; a new man to provide shelter for those who are wandering lonely down the streets of the City that never sleeps. This is a man who I have come to know to be highly motivated with whatever endeavor he is pursuing. He is a man that has shown, time and time again, that he is competent and comfortable in positions of authority. Since the very first day I have known him it was obvious to myself and many around him that this would be an important man to our world someday. And today, my friends, is that day. Through endless enthusiasm for our world and all it stands for this man has proved that he is ready, intelligent and more than capable of becoming the Acting Godfather of his own city. It is with excitement that I would like to present MolotovMcHugh and his new crew to New York City. Oliver turns to the man with a smile, giving him a brief handshake and slipping an envelope into the breast pocket of his suit jacket. Congratulations, Molotov, to you and yours. The city of Chicago sends along with you it’s most heartfelt wishes and thanks. May New York be as good to you as I am sure you will be to Her. |

Nice one McHugh Hey, remember that time when Oliver attacked Scandia, and you were in Scandia's crew structure? remember how you logged off about half an hour before the attack, logged back on a half hour after the attack, accepted a invite from Oliver, and shortly after was made Oliver's part time right hand? Lol, that was funny. |
