I have to go with Friends, it's a series I re-watch almost yearly.... 

Whose Line Is It Anyway...any of the three versions with Aisha Tyler, Drew Carey, or Clive Anderson as hosts over the decades.

I could watch these and nothing else, ever. It's just that damn funny.

Scrubs and the Office are my two favorite.  Too bad Nexflix took off Scrubs.

I've been re-watching Fawlty Towers. John Cleese is one of my, if not my, favorite actor of all time. A truly brilliant comedic actor. IT Crowd is great as well. 0118999881999119725......3

Does "M*A*S*H" count? It's not really a sitcom due to the dramatic elements, but there is still plenty of humor to go around.

Police-detective sitcom. They are an assemble of comedians and you really can't stop laughing.

Definitely friends. Haven't watched a show that can top Friends. How I met your mother wasn't quite original, but was fun too..
