So im back here to throw something back at you to hear the people’s opinion.

I can recall now, as to back to fore fathers journals Made men and above coming forward to the lower members of the family encouraging them and openly handing out advice. Might it be a Wise Guy within the family giving them that extra boost to keep pushing them forward to get that extra work done so that they can become a made member within the family. Or might even go as far as helping a new thug that’s new to these shores of ours and helping them see the best of how things work in this world of ours.

Nonetheless, my question to each of you is if you have had an encounter such as this, a helping hand? Even if it was just a message here and there to boost you up to give you that extra little push to keep going or keep trying. And surely just because I like to go somewhat into a bit of detail did it work for you knowing that superiors within your family wanted to you make it to the big leagues?

Even thought it might not be the boss, or the head of the family does it still give you a spark to push and try, I mean obviously you have gotten some sort recognition which if you keep pushing forward will only continue to show into the heads books.

On the flip side, to all the made and above members do you think such a job is in your contract? On my behalf I would think so, you’re a role model of your family a man on honor if the young underdogs are going to make it in this world of ours you being a contact of there could mean the difference between life and death, questions need answers. Some figure things out the hard way, and then again some of there kin don’t return.

Well Im sticken around to see what everyone thinks, but I defiantly got to get off this truck before the owners gets out. Thanks for listening and I hope to hear a few answers.

I can speak on both ends and I believe encouragement to a point is a positive thing..it is not needed but will benefit the boss's in the long run so it is a good investment. Personally, I do my best to contact my members when time allows, to check up on business and share a few words, have a drink for a promo etc - but that is a priority of mine and we all have our priorities as while as our business obligations.


Everyone knows the difference between a leader and someone who is there to exploit them of their funds and never give them the time of day, and I'm sure we have read in journals and such about such leaders on our streets in times. Its hard with business.. women and gambling woes but I do my best..

Shrugs his shoulders a bit, walks over to the bum and grabs his bottle of alcohol back.. 'Thanks guy, good job holding my liquor!!'

my family has always been a fan of advice to lower ranked members of the family. even now as a wise guy, i have talked to some of our thugs and givin them advice. i think that while it is not everones priority, made men and above, i belive, have an obligation to do everything in there power to help the family. that includes helping the young associates of the family when possible. for me, its a plesure. but it is a responsibility.
