I stood silently in the streets, the beads of sweat rolled down my face and fell like raindrops. A few people started to notice I was out there standing as the wind blew the rain towards me. Word had began to spread quick and they'd soon want some answers. My bodyguards began to circle me as more people showed up, but I pushed them back. I stood tall to see if I could see an end to where the people were, but I was completely surrounded at this point. 

The crowd was beginning to become restless, it didn't bother me as I knew they would wait as long as they had too. Taking a deep breathe I cracked my knuckles I cleared my throat, addressed the crowd. 

Ever since I've ventured out to the West Coast I thought I'd become accustomed to waking up to gun shots every night. The decision that was made tonight was not one taken lightly, but for the protection of Los Angeles and potentially anyone else I hold dear to me I just couldn't risk it. 

The rumors circulated from people that held rank in Chicago about potential rogues coming out of Los Angeles. Hearing this worried me some, but figured I would dive deeper into situation and decide for myself what there true intentions were. Even though after a conversation with the Godmother she said the person who I had concern about wasn't a problem. In the mean time she talked to others within her city and deemed that this wasn't a punishable offence moving forward. 

I take a deep breathe looking around at the people and all of the eyes that were set on me.

Inevitably I left the decision in the Godmothers hands after expressing how I felt about the situation. Though the very next day I had someone shot at from the same district that I had already been in contact with about rogue activity. After letting this person live for a lot longer then they should of they also went and took the time to get there side of the story after they were at fault.

We've lost some good men and women to rogue activity recently and I won't sit back risking more loss. The decisions made tonight were to protect the future of my city and those that mean the most to me across the nation. My respect goes out to the fallen this was not personal but a business decision.

I pulled a flask from my sports coat pocket and took a long swig. Putting it back into my pocket I looked around and started to see the crowd dissipate. I made my way through the crowd and towards my vehicle making a quick exit towards the airport.

Mafia way of life, its always a hard decision. Always respected when it comes to these types.

As he listened, he couldn't help but wonder as to whether Roman was indeed the author of the highly popular 'Little Miss' series or whether he had just simply taken inspiration from them. If he was, then this one definitely had all the potential of another best seller.

Given that you seem intent to so far ignore my private correspondence to you, I guess I'll try and get an answer from you out here. That's that persistent rogue mentality in me, ha.

So, as I asked, is there any possibility of getting the real reason for this mornings bloodshed? I mean, I like a good story as much as the next person but I draw the line at fairy tales.  

Despite Odin-'s sudden demise, I second what he had to say. I would even start a petition for all who agree with this late man. Who's with me?!

I thought you were the person in charge in Chicago yet I didn't even hear from you on the matter once. Knowing you were made aware of the situation as soon as HyacinthBucket you left her to handle the situation on her own.  All she could come up with was that this man that was starting trouble was trying to be a good man. He may not have planned to rogue himself, but I wasn't going to stand by idly  while they talking about disrupting business in my city.

I found it foolish, but continued on with good will until the next night. When someone from Marie_Lucania family was shot at someone in Shelby family. This man was under the rank of made man and yet they still waited over five hours to get his side of the story. 

It was your city, it wasn't my place to pick the punishment for the member of your city rambling on about setting up rogues in other cities. Inevitably I did what I felt was right and took the matter into my own hands.
