Tony stood in front of Villainy Incorporated headquarters after his fight with the previous Godfather of Seattle. He had successfully killed the man who stood in his way of running all operations of Pioneer Square and Seattle. There wasn't the chance to let the man live as he would not go quietly or give up the money that he was earning from his position of power. So he had to be "taken care of"....

Now it was time for growth within Pioneer Square. He was no longer just a Crew Leader, but the Godfather Chairmen of the city and it was time for others to step up and begin carrying the weight. Whether they would be collecting protection money, dealing narcotics, or finding any way to make money. He could think of nobody better, the man whose bloodline had worked with and learned from him as time went on. His father was gunned down, but he stayed level headed and came to work for Tony in Seattle. 

Williams was definitely the man for the job. He worked incredibly hard for Tony and everyone in the city. He knew that Jasmine, DarGabrielson, Joy, Klejnot, and The_Kid were behind the decision along with everyone else. There was only the matter of purchasing the HQ for him.

Last time Tony had to do this task, he had sent Williams off to purchase a property for Jasmine. This time he would go himself and purchase the location for Williams. He had earned not only the authorization to set up, but Tony's respect for his work ethic and loyalty. So he felt that he could not just send somebody else to make the purchase this time. 

Once he made the deal with the realtor for the location, he sent Joy to go get Williams and Furd as he knew that Joy would be extremely excited to see this moment....

Not long after a car pulled up in front of the building that Tony stood in front of. Out of the drivers seat came Furd who went around and opened the doors for Joy and Williams. All three of them made their way over to where Tony stood.

"Arr, what be the meaning of all this boss?" Furd blurted out.

"Don't be askin' questions out of turn, Furd." Williams said as he shot a look at Furd. 

They were quite an odd pair ever since they arrived in Seattle to work for Tony, but they had worked hard since day one. Furd was the clear choice to work alongside Williams as they helped grow Pioneer Square. 

"Well, as you both know. I've taken care of the previous Godfather of Seattle. Now it is time for many of my members to start working elsewhere outside of Villainy Inc. and also time for some people to start their own operations." He paused as he glanced at both Williams and Furd to see if they were catching on, "So this building behind me is for you two. As well as a few associates who will join you and help you at the start. Hopefully they will work hard and maybe earn their bones with you."

Williams stood forward and shook Tony's hand furiously with a huge grin upon his face. As he stepped back, Furd pulled out a bottle of his delicious Grog from.....well Tony wasn't sure where the hell it came from. He handed Tony the bottle and thanked him as well. 

"I know you two will do me proud and help Seattle grow stronger than it was before. You will always be family to me, but it is time for you to begin your own family. So what...." Tony paused and cleared his throat. 

Then with the best pirate accent he could muster he asked, "What will ye be callin' yer crew?"

Williams and Furd looked back and forth from Tony to one another before blurting out at the same time, "We be the Rubberduck Sailors! Quack Wack!"

Tony looked at them a bit concerned, but eventually he himself let out a bit of a chuckle. He then put his arms around the two of them and went inside the HQ to show them around......

Joy hops out of the car with glee, nearly skipping alongside of TonyCastelli and the two men as they stride toward the newly aquired property.  Tears try to spring from her eyes, but she holds them back not wantling to put a damper on the happy occasion.  Williams has meant the world to her for as long as he has been working alongside the rest of Villiany.  Now is his chance to go and make his way in this world with his own crew.  Joy can't think of anyone she knows who is more deserving, but she is going to miss him so much.

Now don't be a stranger Williams!  I will be calling you daily to see how things are going, but don't you hesitate to call me.  You too Furd, you handsome devil.  Joy winks impishly at the two of them, and slips back into the car before they notice the tears of happiness that are in her eyes. 

Jasmine is so excited to hear the news. She rushes over to the new HQ that Williams had acquired. Both Blooter and AlexaBliss in tow. 

As she arrives, TonyCastelli had taken Williams inside along with Joy and Furd to look around. Pushing open the door she hears voices, she follows right through to the back where they were all standing, drinking celebration drinks and Williams making plans for his new office. 

Jasmine marches right over and places an arm around Williams. 

"Dude, Friend, awesomeness... I cannot express how proud I am of you. Tony could not have picked a better person to work under him as he took the reigns of Godfather. You have done great things already and contributed a great deal. You are a piece of our jigsaw and you've slotted right into place, just where you belong. 

Jasmine hands Williams a bottle of rum as she whispers "Don't drink it all at once."

"I look forward to making memories and joining you on plenty of adventures. Don't be shy, and remember to knock my door once in a while."

Alexa was new to Seattle but everybody made her feel welcome and she could not be happier for Williams, She stepped into his new HQ and she saw everyone around all the commotions and excitment could be felt in the room, she squeezed past everybody to get to Williams

"Congratulations Williams, i wish you all the best and look forward to working with you" She handed Williams a voucher for a free hair cut at Twisted Bliss and laughed. "Only joking, you can keep that voucher thou, i have a real gift here" Alexa passes Williams over some fine wine and walks off into the crowd.

Furd was absolutely ecstatic. He was basically running all around the place, finally getting some freedom from his endless driving and manners lessons. Williams had told him to start brushing up on his etiquette and soft skills, and to actually put some time into actually learn how to drive. As much as Furd didn't love the idea of lessons, he did follow his captain's rules and orders, so he enrolled.

"Arrrr! This be great! Check out this main room! It be bigger than some boats we've plundered."
He looked at TonyCastelli for a moment and nodded, thankfully. He was absolutely flabbergasted about the whole thing and clearly lacking his words.

"This be a wonderful day! Let us celebrate!" He reached into his jacket and pulled out a bottle o' Gumbo and a corkscrew.

Insomnia had been strolling around the business districts of Seattle looking for this restaurant he had heard rumors of that traveled all the way back to the big apple. He hadn't any luck finding the place but happened to spot his old friend TonyCastelli across the street with his arms around a couple men, leading them into some newly renovated headquarters. It looked as if someone new was about to be setting up within the city, being curious Insomnia runs across the street while dodging traffic.

"Hey Tony! Wait up!"

Insomnia stops on the sidewalk hunched over with his hands on his knees, panting out of breath.

"Phew I'm either getting to old to run or I need to exercise more."

Noticing he was rambling on and being stared at by two men he hadn't ever met before Insomnia cracks a smile waving. 

"Pleasure to meet you folks! I imagine if Tony has given you the nod and keys to this place you've definitely deserved it."

Reaching into his jacket pocket Insomnia pulls out a box of Cuban cigars he had recently picked up on one of his business trips. With a nod Insomnia smiles handing Williams the box.

"Congratulations! I wish you the best in your journey!"

Furd saw the man catching his breath and he knew just what could help! Quickly, he ran to the trunk of the car to fetch some bumbo and a few tankards. Coming back, he started filling a tankard and handed it to Insomnia .

"Arrr, matey! It's nice of ye to come visit us and bring us a housewarming gift! Hav' a drink on me, I can assure ye won't find anythin' better on this side of the continent." he shook the tankard slightly to encourage Insomnia to take it "Yo ho ho and a bottle o' rum! Welcome to Rubberduck Sailor's"

The day Williams would get his own crew in Seattle was one he knew he would cherish for a long time.

Many worked hard for a position of leadership only to find that meritocracy demanded more than a thirst for power. While others made it their ultimate goal, without realizing that such a point was never meant to be a final one but the beginning of an idea that must grow bigger than themselves.

Most anyone can plant a tree, but not all can see that it grows to be a strong one. So while planning the changes to be made he saw that it would be fitting to plant an oak sapling in the garden, and set his office on the back of the building, where he could see it from the window and remember why that tree existed.

All of these plannings and ideas could wait though as when he came back from walking around the building Williams saw more people had arrived and so suddenly, it became a moment of celebration. The presents were all very fitting for the occasion, but the presence of those who came was even more so. He opened the bottle Jasmine brought and filled the glasses with rum and started to distribute them around.

One for Furd, who one day after having both shipwrecked by an island in Socotra, got so drunk and punished in the head by the sun that he started believing he was but a pirate, the very same type of buccaneer they both were on the hunt for a bounty. And even after that never once since or before stopped being the most reliable and trustworthy sailor Williams had the pleasure to work with.

Another for Seattle's Godfather, TonyCastelli who's unconditional support and trust had not only been a strong propellant but also inspiring.

Donna Joy, who had the most fitting name and the brightest smile, was clearly in need of a strong drink.

A full one for Captain Jasmine whose growing friendship had been vital to his pursuit in this business, and another for her Right-Hand AlexaBliss who was simply a vibrant bomb-shell of a woman.

And lastly New York's Godfather Insomnia, whose timing had been fortuitous but whose presence not any less important than the way his mind and his friendship had ultimately decided the fate of everyone in that room.

Williams raised his cup with a smirk on his face, and the others followed.

"Given, some fellas are amiss to this toast. As I am here today for as much to merit as I am for the recognition of those I trailed beside on this road. They who by chance left us early or simply couldn't make it past the traffic jams...

It's a well known fact I wouldn't be here if not for having walked on the shoulders of some giants. So here's to them, and here's to us. For a bright future, and great business."
