Lucky kissed her back. The smile on her face and to see how happy she was made it worth every penny. He had bought and paid for this horse legitly, not something he was used to doing.

"Anything for you," he tells her

They spent some time walking and looking at the different horses. Lucky arranged for Marie to see her new horse do some drills and run. Her eyes kept going back and forth between the horse and him and she was as happy as he had seen her in a long time. Lucky arranges to have the horse shipped to her LA track and stable. Marie orders a few of her men to watch and protect the horse during its trip and when one of them asks if she was joking. That made Lucky cringe as Marie stopped and stared at the man and poignantly pointed out that horse was worth more than most peoples lives which the man quickly understood. 

They headed back to the hotel and had dinner, they danced a little and headed out and watched the final sunset before they headed in for the night. Lucky walked her to her room and she told him to come in and told him he was staying the night with her.
