It is possible to let public view your achivements, but i have yet to encounter someone revealing them.

Does anyone reveal them?

Manage - Settings - Achievment, there you can if you want put out and show your progress in achievment

Most people won't reveal their achievements because they feel like most won't care, and some are best left private because they go against the whole 'don't talk about your gun stat.' rule.

Also it takes forever to pick and choose the good ones you want everyone to see. It isn't really worth it since only 2-3 people per month will probably even look there and that's a kind estimate.
