It was a sunny afternoon in Chicago and Diogenis was reading his paper in his favorite spot just right outside of his headquorters when he saw Menrva walking towards him holding a piece of paper.

"Is this his answer?" He asked while reaching out to take it from her hands.

"Yeah, he just worte it in a minute and he is probably already on his way there." she said with a clear contempt. "I still don't understand why you do these things."

"I like them. They add a dramatic tone in situations." He said with a wink and got into his car.

He was meeting Transporter not too far away. It was an old house in a very old and picturesque neighborhood in Chicago. He fell in love with the place the moment he set foot there. It was a great place to hold meetings and such although he still didn't have the time to fix the place.

The car stopped and he noticed transporter was already there. He went in and saw Transporter sitting on a wooden crate. There was another one just across him and a barrel in the middle.

Diogenis walked towards Transporter and placed a bottle of champagne on the barrel.

"Are we celebrating something boss?"  Transporter asked pointing at the bottle.

"Indeed we are my friend." Diogenis sat on the crate "When I was first given my own crew to manage in Los Angeles, you came in and helped me in many ways. And while our lines never met before, we ended up working in great harmony together. I know we share the same goals and the same vision now and it is time for you to cash in on your work. Chicago will expand it's operations in The Loop and there is no one better for the job than you."

Transporter stood silent for a couple of minutes looking at Diogenis. "I won't lie. I knew this day would come. I just thought the booze would be better"

"Cheap alcohol means more alcohol" Diogenis replied as he opened the bottle. 

"Now lets drink. To you and to your Thirteen!!"

Transporter places his glass towards Diogenis, "here is to a good old fashioned cheers. It maybe cheap booze but we will be celebrating long into the evening".

"Now I am not standing up and giving a speech because I would be left in the room on my own by the time I finish but I would like to say that dio you have been such a great leader, but not only that a good friend I believe I have met and trust. I would love for everyone firstly to raise a glass to Thirteen but also to Dio for being such a great guy."

and with that Transporter looks at his empty glass and says "the night is still young someone top me up".
