Nadia walk down the streets towards florist store, on another side of the road, there is bar with many kind people. Some running the business and some just stand on the edge of the bar talking and whispering. Shes then stop by the grocery store next to the florist and flashback the question that she had early on the park. Once again I am here to ask for your thoughts on something that has been going through my mind "Everyone wants a raise in wages, but money by itself doesn't build loyalty. There must be a path for a man to follow, a height that a man can climb to through his own hard work."

Williams was on his way to the florist to buy some flowers for a special someone, when he noticed some of his associates over at this bar, he makes a stop by to catch up with them, when he notices Nadia talking about a very interesting subject. When she asks to hear about his opinion, he decided to give his two cents on the matter: I agree with you, in that everyone has a part to take. A role of their own that contributes to their city's, and their own personal success. I believe this is what turns them, in the eyes of their family, into a strong asset. No one should be disregarded, or considered less important. But a family is only really effective while there is any synergy in it. A city that doesn't know itself is not yet a family. Not everyone is bound to lead at great heights, but that doesn't entitle the person who doesn't lead, to be free of responsibility. We are all leading our own personal business but it's important that each integral piece of the machine that we are, connects with the pieces that other family members represent. All in order for there to be effectiveness and more importantly, for a family to exist.
My opinion is that strong families are built on respect and then trust, and that success can only be measured by how you work to bolster your family's influence. Surely every person has a path of their own, and the right for their deserved solitude, and although there is nothing I respect more than hard-work, the nature of our business states clearly that no one can be a mountain by themselves. No matter how well you dissect this place, and master each proficiency at it's turn, you will never be on pair to a strong organization on your own. You may work hard and earn the respect of your peers, but you must have their trust as well or you'll never reach the heights you seek. |

Ghost happens to be in the area and happens to overhear the topic being discussed. After thinking about it, he decided to chime in since they were looking for opinions from others. When you have a family you're bound to have a group of people around you that have different skills, talents, and interests. If you have someone who aspires to greatness and meets all the demands of their family, a leader owes it to that person to give them a platform in which to grow while keeping them on course. For those who just want to make money, a leader has a responsibility to that person to allow them to do that, but also inspire them to do more as well. The one correction I would make, is that I don't think there's many people who will do everything that their leader expects just out of goodness of their hearts. The whole idea of everyone has to play their parts is easy to say when you're not in a leadership role because its not that easy to get a group to follow suit with your expectations. It's not so simple to have everyone step outside of their normal routine to make their family better. In fact, I've seen leaders jump up and down with frustration because they aren't getting the support they anticipate. It's easy to put some catchphrases and tricky phrases together to demand respect and action from those in your family. I don't think that is leading a family though. Does your leader know what your personal plans are? Do you feel like you could do more? We don't hold hands here, but I would expect a certain standard of self-awareness and engagement going in both directions to make a family truly successful. Leadership is steering everyone's thoughts towards what is most beneficial to themselves towards a common goal for the group. Ghost stands back for a moment and collects his thoughts. He appears to have more to say but wants to give others a chance to have their say on the topic. |
