An assassin's job was never easy. Well, MS wasn't quite sure if "assassin" as the right word for it, but they were all quite same, weren't they? He trudged along the the outskirts of town alone, out of breath, and soft blonde hair disheveled. His father hadn't said much about the job; all he said was that he was supposed to reel in a dainty looking girl wearing a lion pendant around her neck. She was filthy rich, and another one the girls that his father had wanted to hold captive for ransom money. This was MS's first day on the job, and the first time his father had finally put his trust in him for something like this. His father was extremely picky about who he'd send out for the job, and had enough trouble sending out his own son for the job. It took many years on convincing for MS to push his father, and he told himself that he wasn't going to mess things up. If he did, his father would probably never trust him again.

His fathers directions had lead him to find this village, where it was rumored the wealthy girl was to be staying at. MS wasn't sure what the girl's name was, but was 100% sure about the lion pendant. It was supposed to be one of the few things his father was sure about. MS took a couple steps into the town, helping himself, and stalked the streets of the the civilization. He passed through a couple bakeries and stores, not finding any sign of permanent homes or settlements. A sigh escaped his lips, and MS ran his fingers through his hair. He had a feeling it was going to take more than a couple days to find the girl. He meet the eyes of a couple villagers, probably because he stood out in the town and wasn't a familiar face, but MS continued to walk through calmly. If he learned one thing from his father, it was to act as inconspicuous as possible when you're being watched.

MS had rounded the main village a couple times, not daring to make any move inside any of the stores just yet. He'd pretty much memorized that part of the town, ready to make a move on, and to start looking to the actual cabins or homes. He expected the pendant girl to be living in a large eye catching castle - which now he really saw no sight of. Come to think of it, why would the girl be staying here anyway? The village looked pretty much average, and not any different from the other towns back east. It didn't make any sense. He trudged along the town, passing a small bakery and a blacksmith, avoiding to cause any attention. The sun was still high in the sky, and the village was buzzing with activity and people. He slowed pace quite a bit, realizing that maybe he could ask around the villagers and to see if anyone special was staying. It serve a much better opportunity than just walking around. He sighed, trying to think of ways to ask around without sounding suspicious.

Without thinking, MS headed into the nearest shops he saw. It was a small dressmakers shop, almost near the outskirts of town. He glanced inside the small store before heading in, awkwardly pulling the wooden door. He tried to put on a serious face, expecting that he needed to pull a good enough act. He smiled, meeting eyes with an old seamstress who was hemming a dress on a blonde haired girl. MS could only see the back of the young girl, however, and the two seemed to not have noticed that he headed in. He cleared his throat, moving in towards them.

The old lady seemed to have heard his arrival, because a few seconds later she looked from her handiwork and smiled. She pinned the dress for a second, asking what he was looking for in a small town such as this. The blonde girl, who was wearing the royal green dress, turned away from the seamstress and looked to him. MS, didn't even as much as look at her. He cleared his throat again, looking around the small store. There didn't seem to be any other people inside except the four of them. MS smiled, running his hands through his hair nervously.

"Yes, the dress is quite pretty."

He replied, now glancing at the golden thread sewn carefully on the girl's chest. If he didn't know better, it looked fit for no one other than a queen. The old lady bowed her head, walking back to the blonde headed girl and continued to work on the dress.

MS didn't say anything for a while, watching the old lady sew and pin the last finishing of the dress. He stood silently next to her, only meeting eyes with the blonde haired model when he noticed she was staring at him. MS smiled at her kindly,

"Actually, I came here to ask a favor.."

He trailed on, looking away from the girl briefly. He struggled to get the words out correctly. He didn't say anything else, waiting for the old woman's reply. He watched as she hemmed the dress some more.
