Ely stood at the corner where a pretty blonde hopped on a soapbox and asked a few questions. The wheels turned in his mind and he began to truly wonder what it was that would make him accept a button and it's responsibility. Taking a few moments to mull it over, he finally stepped forward and added his thoughts in...

"Many things play in to what I look for in my leaders. Activity... Are they mingling with those who work their empire, or are they locked away in their estates like a fucking English King Tyrant who wants nothing to do with their people? Are they walking the streets but ignoring their people? This blatant disrespect for those that make your money would make me want to stray from work... But someone who interacts with their followers? They can produce interactive members of our community."

He sucked on his teeth before continuing.

"Aside from activity, I like to see loyalty and respect flowing both ways. From bottom to top, and back. The bottom should give respect to the top, they've obviously worked and earned their position somehow... However, the bottom should receive respect and loyalty as well. Remember, they make the crew, and without them there is no one to lead."

Elyan tapped on his chin a bit, gazing up in to the night sky... There was more, and he pondered on the way to express it.

"Communication. This is one of my biggest issues. I understand that some things are meant for certain people only. However, you should check in with your followers often. Check for grievances, check for criticism, check for praise even... Even just idle chat, reminding your followers that they can approach and speak to you... Even if there are proper channels and traditions upon which a Don is approached."

With a sigh, Ely wrapped it up.

"Those are the tings I look for in a crew and it's leadership. Everything else can be worked out once in a crew. As far as what turns me off from a crew? Negligence, arrogance, inactivity, lack of communication... Basically the opposite of what makes me want to stay with a crew. Just my thoughts in earnest. Hopefully it helps you, ma'am..."

Elyan smilled and made a move to shake hands with the original speaker. Following suit, he stepped away from the corner and made his way toward a vehicle that sat idling in wait for him...
