Zoom walked up to the nearest corner and began speaking to anyone who was nearby. 

"Let me preface this by saying that this is not a debate, this is not a discussion, and this is the not the place to air your complaints about Container Crews. If you would like to do so, please do so elsewhere. As fate would have it, I found myself this morning being asked to provide assistance with some issues that our world is currently experiencing. In a stunning spree of magical assistance from the Gods, I have been granted the temporary ability to house those looking for a safe bed to sleep in."

Zoom knew all too well that people were still being gunned down, unable to find housing.

"I would like to reiterate the point that this is TEMPORARY. While being in this position my stance is this; I'm an open book - completely transparent. Want to know how I'm running things? Ask. I will offer housing to absolutely anyone who needs it until such a time that they find suitable Work elsewhere."

Zoom took a sip from his coffee before continuing.

"My goal is not to take away potential members from the Leaders who are currently running their own Crews, but to spread an umbrella of safety around those uncertain of where they'd like to go in these troubling times. I am up front with each and every person who decides to join this Container Crew - that they are expected to be actively scouting around for more permanent employment. What I offer is guidance, safety, and an environment free of the drama caused by the most recent war."

Zoom felt as if he was babbling at this point, and decided to wrap it up. 

"On that note - to the current CrewLeaders and Sponsors, I beseech you all to find someone you trust to represent your Crew, and to consider the idea of allowing them temporary housing with a Container Crew so that they may spread the values of your Crew far and wide. I feel as if this an excellent way to get your name, and what you stand for, out to the masses."

LSD stumbles into the street from his dark abode. 

"Ye, what he said."

"Thank you for your introduction, Zoom and with it sharing your intent. The sentiment surrounding container crews is usually diverse, but you clearly state how it should be interpreted. The need for a housing project like this is obvious in rare times like we find ourselves in now. Thanks go to you and the others who step up when the need is high."

Dar shook hands with the new leaders that had gathered.

"Know that if you have concerns or are in need of help during the time to come you are invited to reach out to me and I'll gladly provide assistance when possible. Meantime I'll pitch the idea about joining this project for a short term with my members. It's an individuals choice for me though, so no promises in that regards. Either way, all the best in your efforts!"

In these hard times these offers are greatly appreciated, it is humbling to be taken under a wing, even if it is only temporary.

Renegade listens to the strangers speech and decides to respond 

"Your assistance is greatly appreciated in these difficult times, if there is anything we can do to help in anyway LA will respond in kind and that offer extends to all container crew leaders we must rebuild together."

BudKnight slowly marched into the streets with his armor clanking...

Thank you Zoom. I'd also like to thank LSD, Cesare, Arya_Stark, and DonParmigiano. All of you are doing a great service to the underworld as it rebuilds, restructures, and works hard to earn some cash. I know that with your assistance we can find some stability quickly. I encourage all those who are homeless or undecided on where they'd like to work to get in touch with some of these people. 

I am sure that at some point in the near future either room will open up where you'd prefer to work, or possibly there will be a Crew Leader that gets authed which you can see yourself working with. Do not look at these leaders as something to be angry about, they are doing a good service for the other leaders of this nations underworld. There has been a lot of loss and this process of rebuilding will take time.

He hands Zoom a Bud Light and walks off to go find a quest.

Elyan nodded, listening to Zoom speak, then stepped up on to the same soapbox...

"Everything Mr. Zoom has said, I completely agree with. The crews we are working with, are simply here to get you integrated into the system... If you need work and want to be in LA? The Cheese Factory has plenty of room for you. If you want to be ANYWHERE in this nation, you can start in The Cheese Factory, or any of the other container crews."

He shifted his weight, cracking his knuckles.

"Until the point at which we, The Cheese Factory, have people experienced enough to be proper sponsors, the way to get into our holding family is to reach out to our own DonParmigiano , myself, or to the AlmightySosa . The three of us can set you up with a bed and a safe place to sleep for the time being while you look for work."

Ely studied the groups of people that gathered. Most looked hungry as hell and in need of the aforementioned work. It was bad that so many had been left homeless, but good that so many looked for work. It made what the containers were doing all the more important.

"If you're lost, or just in need of shelter... ANY of our crews will gladly help you find your way. It's why we are here. Reach out... It just may save your life. Even if it's just to someone inside a home, they can reach out to those of us who can help you help yourself. Thank you, Zoom , for putting it so eloquently. To everyone else? Have a wonderful night... I hope you all find a safe pillow tonight."

Elyan bowed his head in respect to all of those around and stepped off of the soapbox, slipping into the crowd of people.
