| Just What the FUCK Has Been Going On? | Started by: Monry on May 28, '18 17:15 |
|
I'm Monry, son of Monty, a famous newspaper proprietor. I would like to follow his footsteps into the newspaper game but, quite frankly, it seems like everybody died recently and nobody has been alive long enough to really know what the FUCK has been going on. So, who fought who and why? I know that The-Dubliner had a leading role in the distress and that there was a plot to get him. I also know that PM was, as always, involved. But who else was involved? |

I sincerely hope this isn't how your father went about getting information for articles. Long story short, there was a large scale war, involving most if not all cities. It's now over and we're moving on. |

Fuhgeddaboudit!, said Emidio, with his heavy sicilian accent, that made it seem like he was singing the word instead of just saying it. Then he left, straightening his hat on his head. |

Alejandrito was impressed when he heard Emidio-Zolla sing a reply to Monry. Whilst little Alex stepped forward, he looked at Emidio and slipped him a business card with the contact details of an impresario representing some other amazing vocalists. You should do something with that voice, Alejandrito added in quiet voice. Next, he scraped his throat and spoke up I am very sorry for the loss of your apparently famous father, Monry. I am not in the newspaper-reading business, so to me the name does not ring any bells. It's a shame for you that you haven't inherited his supposed wide array of sources. Have you gone through his journals? Or his papers perhaps? Maybe there is something in there, because well.. I have to agree with PeterMcNeil_ and TommyOliver there. Either you have sources and decide to write about it, and accept to bear the consequences of speaking out. Or you don't have any source of information and keep your mouth shut. Little Alex frowned and added ..And as you probably know the most durable combination of communication and gathering information in this world is knowing and not telling, I hop that is not any new information for you. As Alejandrito looked away, his eyes met Donny_Donowitz's. Alejandrito sighed and asked him Again..? They promised? They promised, yet again did not have any candy? |

Cathair looked up "You want to know what happened? Understandable but - look around - basically everyone you see lost someone in that war - at least once. So I'd give it time. Right now you'll likely get more emotions than thoughts. We have journals so the facts will be here later. I could write a book on what happened but really it just comes down to too many graves we shouldn't have." |

Kevin smirked at the would-be reporter's question and replied with a wry smile... "If you REALLY want to know what happened, here's what you do: Go down to the Bronx Zoo with a burlap sack full of pistols. Visit the monkey cages and throw in the sack full of loaded pistols. Stand back and watch what happens. This little exercise will tell you everything you need to know about inter-city politics in Cosa Nostra." |
