The Goliath Entertainment Complex.  An enormous amalgamation of service and hospitality-centric businesses that served as the crown jewel of Philadelphia’s business district, the complex had recently undergone staff changes due to absent - or rather, dead - management.   Competent property management was critical to the Complex’s success.  Spaceman found himself in the head offices of the entertainment complex in front of a pile of documents as @Rubix paced around the office.  A knock on the door soon followed.

“Enter.”   

The door to the office opened, revealing ShoNuff; a man whose father made his mark by purveying in entertainment ventures around the city, and who seemed destined to follow his path.  Rubix’s tail wagged as the dog solicited pets from the new human.

“Please, take a seat.”  Spaceman gestured towards the chair opposite him.  ShoNuff took a seat as Spaceman slid a folder older to him.

“So, we discussed this over dinner last week.  What do you think?”

ShoNuff took the document and began to read.

“..patient exhibits increasingly psychotic behavior and appears to be in the beginning stages of an infection of syphil-“

“Err, no. Wrong folder.  Patient files.” Spaceman said, cutting ShoNuff off and grabbing the folder back, sliding him another folder.

“Look, Goliath Bank needs a win.  You’ve handled the apartment projects in the city admirably, but the complex.. the complex is really where our business is at, I would like you to make a push on advertising the more lavish services offered here. Seafood buffets, human petting zoos, guest epidurals - fruit cutting services.  Do you feel that it’s right for a guest to cut their own cantaloupe?”

Spaceman glanced at Rubix, who grunted disapprovingly.

“Of course not.  In exchange for keeping revenues stable for Goliath, I’ll allow you to co-opt some undeveloped land in Bella Vista to work on your other ventures.  Does this sound agreeable?”

As ShoNuff starts to sign all the documents he realizes what an opportunity that just had been presented to him.

"Does this sound agreeable?”

This is a dream come true.  I was taught to dream big and then dream bigger.   Thank you Boss @Spaceman for the honor to build Bella Vista and to serve you and the great city of Philly.

I will place The Goliath Entertainment Complex under the new management of

Brick House Entertainment.

I passed the signed documents back and shook both his and Rubix hands.

As we left the office and stepped outside I couldn't contain my excitement and addressed a small crowd. Trying to gain my composure.

Ladies and Gentlemen.

Today is a good day.

I am proud to announce I am being allowed to take over the leadership of Bella Vista.

The Goliath Entertainment Complex will fall under new management .

Brick House Entertainment.

As you have done in the past please come and enjoy yourself.

There had been mention and whisper around the cities of a new auth.  And the name that was at the heart of those whispers was one that this young Don knew well.  Sure, the bearer of this name was the son of the man she once knew, but even so, he didn't have any less offered friendship than his father before him had from her.

As it were, when she heard of the upcoming auth, Hope had flown out immediately in hopes to catch the speech.  And so she did.  Standing among the crowd, she beamed up at the newest Leader of Philadelphia.  As he spoke, she listened attentively to his address.  Once he was finished, she applauded, adding her support before striding forward to hug the new lead.  "Congratulations...  I'm sure you will do great things for this city.  Be strong and lead well." She stated with a warm smile.  Oh yes. Things were turning out well for the cities... Very well indeed.

Cary was there offering some protection to his boss and the new Philly's boss, ShoNuff. He took a slight second to approach closely to personally congratulate this fine man.

"Congratulations ShoNuff, if need of anything, please let me know. I hope it goes well in this now your business."

Cary then proceeds to his bodyguard role. 

Abusing the moment of unawareness of Cary_Grant, Alejandrito slips behind his back to step up to ShoNuff.
Just at the moment Alejandrito was reaching out his hand to congratulate ShoNuff, whose father was an acquaintance of Little Alex's foster-great-grandfather, if only for Spaceman's Right Hand Dog Rubix to suddenly be jumping in front of him, denying Little Alex access to ShoNuff..

Without being able to congratulate anyone, Alejandrito slowly retreats and moves back into the shadows

Jack was present at the announcement, despite not knowing ShoNuff as well as he'd liked, he was silently confident in the decision of his boss. Applause struck up, and Mezzo joined in, soon he was granted the opportunity to approach the man.

"Sir, it is always a pleasure to see expansion. I wish you well on your journey and will be watching with anticipation."

With the words said, the boy stepped back into the crowd and observed. It was a standard, generic thing to do, but it wasn't so much the words said but the show of support. 

Jack received some news that ShoNuff was authed to start a new venture. He was really happy to see worthy people get what they deserve. He picked up the phone and called his office, only to find his assistant.

"Hello! Could you pass on to ShoNuff that Jack Diamond says 'Congratulations'?", Jack asked the assistant who replied in a positive manner.

"Also, tell him that he's always welcome to my bar in Chicago!", he continued. After a brief chat with the assistant he hanged up.
It would be a busy day and he had to track down some of his own troubles.

Times were beginning to show promise as Karnage entered his office to a mound of endless paperwork. There was a lot to be done and not enough hours in the day to accomplish it all. Sitting down with his coffee in hand, there was a envelope on his desk that looked like an invitation  Karnage opened it. No doubt Solum put thereso he would see it.

"Ferdinand please let Solum know we are invited to some festivities in Philadelphia. They are celebrating an expansion." 

Ferdinand nodded and left to go let her know. picking up tbe phone Karnage called over to the new HQ in Philly and spoke to the assistant.

"good evening ma'am. Please tell ShoNuff that i said congratulations on his new role in Philly. Ill be on the next flight to Philadelphia." 

Colt stepped up, after letting the other mafiosos congratulate the new Leader.

”Congratulations ShoNuff! I am very excited to see the world building back and I am certain you will do an amazing job!”

It had been a long overdue trip but Hazel finally made her way to Philadelphia. She was here to congratulate an old family friend on his recent promotion as he opened the doors to the Brick House Entertainment. Hazel remembered hearing tails of what was once the Goliath Entertainment Complex and yes word even traveled all the way to Arizona where she grew up. Though she never made it out there to see it she was happy to be able to see the Brick House Entertainment beginning.

Making her way to Bella Vista, it only took her a matter of moments before finding the man behind everything. She made her way through the crowd before standing in front of him.

"ShoNuff, you look shocked to see me."

Hazel paused for a moment before laughing.

"I know I'm a little late to this but better late then never, right? Anyways, I just wanted to come out here and congratulate you on this new adventure. I wish you the best of luck and when I have time I will properly spend some time out here and you can show me around. Again congratulations."

With a big hug Hazel was off, needing the catch the next flight back to Vegas.

Peter heard a commotion and celebration in the streets, seemingly something had gone down in a private meeting.  Outside the HQ door there appeared to be hand shaking and cheering.  It looked like a family was expanding it's business interests.  

"Many congratulations @ShoNufff, in this time of rebuilding I'm sure you'll do yourself, and your city, very proud."

Since the mention of cantaloupe, Rubix was hungry. All these people kept coming in and of course everyone was there to meet and pet Rubix, but he was going to have to excuse himself to go find some food. He found his way over to ShoNuff and made sure to offer his paw once more. These humans loved tricks and "Shake" was no different. Sometimes they would give him food for it but tonight everyone's pockets smelled of lint and money, two things that didn't interest Rubix. He waited by the door for the next person to enter and quickly made his way through before it closed. 

It was not long before Rubix found himself face to face with a squirrel. He was on the ground floor, inside and through a solid pane of glass was a squirrel. He was going to get it. He lunged for it and slammed his face on the glass. He quickly realized his mistake and threw both paws up on the glass, confirming it was there as well as looking intimidating and making it all seem like it was part of the plan. Rubix barked a few times and the squirrel ran up the tree. All in a days work, the ground now safe from squirrels Rubix returned to his hunt for food.
