War! War! War! I know what you all are thinking. NY is on the War path again, mowing through another city to expand the evil empire. Hell yeah! You thought right. I woke up this morning and was extremely bored and decided it was time to take a trip to Philadelphia. On my visit there I fell in love with the place and just had to have it.

But seriously, what does a man have to do to have some sort of peace in this place? I was in the Hamptons enjoying some of the finer, and of course rarer whiskeys that New York distilleries have to offer, I mean we all hate the prohibition right? Well not me personally, seeing I have my hands in everyones pockets. But anyway, so I'm sitting there listening to the waves, having my whiskey and enjoying my time away...sounds like retirement doesn't it? Yeah that's what I was trying to achieve till I heard some ruckus in the house, I couldn't be bothered so I sent Jimmy inside to check up on things.

And then came the entourage. I mean, I am The Dean but when can I stop giving these lessons in life? How hard is it to follow general mob conducts today? Not to long ago I was forced to remove Cruel because he was running a loose ship. And now Philly stood there and did the same. I understand that war isn't good for business, emphasis on making money...how do you think I can afford in investing millions across the country?

It wasn't too long ago when Detroit had been caught in the middle of some spring cleaning and some of its members took solace in other cities to stay away from the blood shed (if you could even call it that). And once those matters had been settled, some of them choose to return to their roots in Detroit, only to be stopped by leaders in Philly, demanding that Ragnarok was to pay to retrieve his boys. Those that voluntarily wanted to come back of course. Hostage? Ransom? Extortion? But that was Detroits issue not mine right? When a friend comes to me for a favor, we discuss the implications of that particular favor and move on from there. When I give you my word, believe it to be worth its weight in gold.

There had also been this contract kill incident but fuck it, what you fail to understand is the act itself does not annoy me. It's how you react to it that makes all the difference in the world.

Last night we then saw a man who was brought a discussion to the streets regarding ones fear of the gun. Now this discussion to many was rather inflammatory to say the least. During this he brought out one very very tangible point. Now call me a cynic but when someone says "With all due respect" they don't mean it. When someone says "Playing Devils Advocate" they really aren't. They, on the other hand are putting something out there to get it into the minds of the people you want to influence whether it be consciously or subconsciously.

The point brought out was "I just wish some of the cities would want more for themselves".

That isn't what we are building here, that isn't working together to make our world a profitable place. That one comment there made by that man is a declaration of intent. Now maybe it wasn't meant like that, however the one thing I drill into anyone who wants to speak in the streets is this. Think about what you want to say and consider if it could piss off anyone who is more powerful than you. If you think it can, chances are you are better off not saying it.

Am I a peaceful man? I am the man I am needed to be. I like money, run a couple of businesses and make sure my casinos is running well. War is not good for business, it brings the feds down on us. But whats worse than the feds trying to screw me is retards like Clarence who seem to think that their reckless lives are heroic acts of some sort. Back to blood line hunting now shall we? His blood line has gunned down a man on consecutive accounts. So, the next person who proactively takes this man in, will be seeing much more of me, probably late at night and in their sleep. The situation here is simple, your fathers, father, killed Las Vegas, New York's business, he took it down by killing former crime boss Gene Hunt.
