Sitting in your lounge, are some of the 500 credit codes sent out to everyone.  First ones to grab them gets them.

Chat menu.  Lounge Chat.  Look for a window by MRBot.

Ramos, you have been sent 12 credits, 10 of which are claimed, 2 are still unclaimed.  Look on the left for messages that MRBot has sent you, click MRBot, then see the credit codes.

For further directions, there should be an entire section in your HQ about lounge and credits.

Yes, you are meant to click the link that it sent you to claim the credits before the other people who were sent the codes get it.  The codes look something like this:  http://mafiareturns.com/claimcredits.php?code=1313rqsdasddasdd9b9asdasdasd919614c92c&amount=1&no_timer=true

Ramos, yes, on 10 of the 12 your competition has already claimed them.  2 of the 12 are still sitting there, unclaimed, eventually they will be snatched up by your competition when they log in.

The ones I marked out in red are credits taht are not claimed yet.

Youll notice that it tells you which ones are already claimed, or, you could simply click all 12 of them.

Ramos, on all 12? Including the ones that I partly painted out in red so that you could easily identify them but others wont just claim it from the screen shot?

They are literally marked in red.  Go match up the 2 in red on the screen shot with the 2 that are on your screen.  If you need assistance clicking them, I can hop on your account and click them for you.
