After tonight's events, Philly sits vacant. Godfathers Roman and TheDean decided it was in Philadelphias best interest to set me up, yes you heard right. ME! Out of all people to setup in Philadelphia. Now, now, it wasn't my power hungry greed that led to this or any other perceptions that may surface, stating that DavyJones wanted Philadelphia cleaned out for his selfish reasons. But quite simply, after tonight's events, TheDean just wanted me gone.

Why you might ask? Well he thinks he's the man, and he doesn't like the long shadow…and yes I say shadow, cause I obviously aren't as tall or bold as he is. But the sheer power of the shadow that followed TheDean every where…and I am talking about the Flying Dutchman, not me, made him kick me out of his HQ soon after. I mean, I don't even get a tap on the back speech. TheDean called me into his office after tonight and said "Davy I think its time for you to leave" puzzled of course, I asked why he wanted me out of NY. And his response was simple he said time was a wasting and a mob war makes the Fed's stronger…hence time was of the essence and someone had to move out to Philadelphia to keep the mob activity going. And here I am, at the docks getting ready to board the Dutchman on my voyage to the city of brotherly love. Standing on my on soap box, doing my own speeches. But hey, can I say I made it?

Now to more important matters. Philadelphia was under the command of Godfather Roman and its business matters with Philadelphia will stay intact as before. Godfather Roman will still collect the payment of taxes due for shooting in Philadelphia, as per before the war. As you can see gestures like these show the amount of coordination that New York and Chicago have in terms of keeping the country moving forward. And I for one cannot begin to explain the amount of gratitude I owe to both these gentlemen. Even with my night job as the 'transporter of souls', they still thought of me worthy to expand mob matters in the great city of Philadelphia.

With that guys, I give you the newest crew to take the streets of Philly, the Flying Dutchman. I have spent my days in New York working day and night to help expand its business, now I take that same drive to Philly to re-establish the criminal order in that fine city. But before I can stand here and speak further about my plans for the city, I must bid you all a good night as it's getting late and I must make my voyage now. But look forward to seeing news from Philly soon in the next coming of days.

With a great big smile and warm embrace George shakes hands with the new governing leader of Philly. After a brief salutation he hands over a box of the finest cigars alongside a fine bottle of whiskey.

Just to let you know the only reason we are gonna be ok with this is because your a hop skip and jump away!

New York will definitley miss you but dont you worry I packed your "I <3 NY" shirt in the luggage.
