There is a man running around Detroit with a new bold suit on, and his name is JohnSmith. Since the day I took over Detroit, John has worked side by side with me, doing the grunt work, never complaining, always asking for more. He has been my support system, and my goto guy. His hard work and total dedication to Detroit has been noted by everyone in our city and today is his shinning day.

I hate to let him go, but I can't hold this man back anymore. He has earned the right to become a Detroit Crew Leader and I am honored to stand beside him and work with him for the better of Detroit. For those of you who know John, this isnt much of a surprise. He is the standard bearer of what I expect from my city and the people who call Detroit home.

Congrats John, well deserved and I wish you all the luck in the world.

Bruiser makes his way through the crowd after Don Ragnarok's speech.  Once he's pushed a couple no name thugs out of the way he finally reaches his friend John.  Extending his hand Bruiser shakes it firmly and gives John a kiss on each cheek.

Once and a while a new auth comes along that impresses not only me, but my inner circle. When news of your setting up reached my HQ, I could only smile.

Upon hearing the news of the announcement being made, Lefty hureriedly puts on his coat and heads down to the street gathering. Multiple people were already walking up and kissing John's cheek and shaking his hand. Lefty waits for his chance to speak.

I bid you congratulations sir on this new quest Don Ragnarok has bestowed for you. It is good that we are expanding our great Motor City. I trust you will make him and the rest of Detroit very proud of your leadership. Good luck with your new family.
