As Alejandrito was travelling the country, he met many businessmen and -ladies that were operating in the shady twilight zone between legal and illegal activities. Some were well dressed, others looked like they were dressed by a five year-old*. Having a terrible feeling for business, for what people wanted and for how financial flows worked, Alejandrito felt it was a great idea to abuse his own lack of knowledge and decided to start a brand new store in the middle of the Streets.

For a moment, he contemplated discussing investment plans, business opportunities and possible prospects with his boss Jack_Diamond, but as he felt Jack might advise against it because the plans weren't well thought through, Alejandrito just continued to work on the suit shop. His suit shop.

First thing was the name, 'Alejandrito's suit shop' sounded too dull and he did not want to be too cryptic. Also, he wanted to put not too much work in, because he was quite lazy. As he was sitting in the crew bar after Tuesday morning dancing classes, LukaBrazzzi said something properly interesting when Alejandrito asked him

Luka.. Don't you feel this world of ours needs transparency? Don't you think we need to open up and tell each other the truth, so that we makes our thing a trust-based thing?

And Luka replied

Sure

Alejandrito's eyes were instantly opened. What a brilliant insight LukaBrazzzi gave him! He now knew what title this new place should get. As he hauled out of the headquarters, he ran into TomKirkman and enthousiastically shouted at him, despite not being far away,

Get an inferior quality suit for a superior price!

Hoping he would appreciate the honesty of the place's name, he asked, still shouting out of enthousiasm

Little Alex wore a huge smile, made some calls to find some real estate that he could easily confiscate. About an hour later, he came back and asked Raymond_Reddington and JoliBebe to help him redecorate the thing. He was sure they would have a good method to remove fresh blood and brain stains from walls and floors.

It would not be long before the building would be opened for business!

* Alejandrito meant absolutely no offense to anyone, especially not to Funshine when he had that thought.

Luka saw the fire in Alejandrito's eyes after their short conversation. He was happy for his fellow mafioso yet he didn’t completely understood what exactly he had in mind. Well at least not until the following evening when he learned what Alejandrito had in mind. Luka overheard him asking JoliBebe and Raymond for help with his new project while he was taking a break after a job back in headquarters.

The place Alex got for his soon to be Suit Shop was worn out at best. Front door barely hanging on it’s hinges, couple of broken windows. It looked like the place was inhabited by some local bums before Alex acquired it.

“Well, it could have been worse” - Luka thought to himself as he entered the building. That impression didn’t last long. As it turned out, outside was the clean part of it. Just as the saying went: “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”.

“Alejandrito, I can’t say I don’t admire your ambitious plan, but this place of all? Just look at it. Blood stains on the floor, rat shit everywhere, even the cockroaches are a bit shy in these parts. This place will have to be turned upside down before you can invite any decent living soul in here. And before you ask, yes, I will gladly help you. If you would ask me, you need all the bloody help you can find.”

Luka offered a helping hand not because of crew ties or because he wanted something in return, he just wanted Alex to stay busy, something to occupy his mind with besides dice and gambling he was obsessed with lately.

“By the way, Alex, on a scale of 1 to 10 how transparent were you planning to be?” - Laughed Luka while pointing out a bloody stain on the wall which still had pieces of some unlucky schmuck’s brain on it. “Don’t you think including previous tenants in your suit exhibition is a little too much on the whole trust and transparency thing?”

As JoliBebe proposed to hire a cleaning company and TomKirkman worked hard to finally answer Alejandrito's question, LukaBrazzzi and Epoch came back to Jack_Diamond's office, just having inspected the new-to-be-suit shop, from which Alejandrito had removed it's previous owners.
Little Alex was delighted by Luka's enthousiasm, saying he admired the plan and place, as there were hardly any cockroches and all.

And before you ask, yes, I will gladly help you. Alejandrito couldn't resist to hug his friend, who suggested to invite some more people to make the building even better than it already was.

After ringing Reginald to ask and arrange some help from Vegas on the final fine-tuning of the place and Joy to ask the same from her and her Detroit friends, Luka added a question on blood and brain stains..

Hmm.. That must have happened when I asked Wazup for a hand.. I don't think that's something JoliBebe have arranged to fix, right? Otherwise I will ask Raymond_Reddington for some help as well.

Basically Alejandrito's job on the real estate re-decoration was done now, he felt. So he sat down to think about how to find a clientele and how to make sure it wouldn't give him massive amounts of work. Because, of course, he needed most of his time for gambling purposes..
