Since when has exercising your power for whatever reason been a bad thing? You can't seem to grasp the concept of "he who has power shall use it in whichever way he sees fit". People are complaining about the lack of excitement. One thing I really enjoyed back in my earlier my days was on one occasion, being completely incog for "the greater good" and sticking by a solid few friends for whatever reasons those were back then. If you're upset that a personal friend of yours is on the lam, then I would suggest you to keep his secrets hush until he is ready to make his moves. This game has a lot more to do with reading people than it is just clicking away. But you already gave up so no sense in lecturing you about it.

As for a phrase, words or any slander used by my character in game is entirely up to me to choose and use. Because you think a Godfather should behave like some sort of English Professor does not mean I should entertain you or the masses in that manner. Should I choose to use words such as fuck, retard or any other form of slang IC is the issue/flaws/highlights of my character in game.

How so? Ever since I can remember, there have always been people unhappy with those who were on top. Whatever the reason. Guess what? The site continues to grow despite all the bad mouthing and pointless threats. Its a part of the game many players love even though you may not. Is there a point in living forever, holding hands and kissing ass across the board for ones own self preservation? There is a time and a place for everything. Your opinion is somewhat misleading. Roman and I have gotten along ever since I can remember. To go out and make silly comments such as this one only goes to show that you really have no idea what you are talking about. We play the game as we see fit. One thing I have tried to maintain, is that OOC remains OOC. Roman taught me as much of this game as he could when I started out here, much of my success I owe to him and those around him. Does it affect the way my character runs his city or the manner in which he interacts with those very people IC? Not at all. Our characters may have even clashed on a few occasions in game. Have those events affected our friendship? Not at all. If any game does any harm to your personal life then you should consider taking some time off to reiterate what's really important to you.

I have avoid commenting because I haven't been here very long, but since I believe this is an OOC issue I have to admit...just based on reading what godofwar wrote TheDean is right; he seems to be mad in OOC about something he referenced clearly in IC, but beyond that the extra drama is him being simply a sour loser and jealous.  From the stand point of not knowing all the details and reading what it is worth right on this thread...TheDean is correct in everything he has said and deserved to have a chance to defend his position

I am so dissapointed in The Dean and Roman for using good business sense.  It is always sad to see people wanting to build something that will be remembered for more then two minutes..  Damn them both for wanting this thing to grow and more people to have fun and opportunity which can in turn be passed down to future players.  How dare you let us live and not worry about what will happen to us as we sleep.  So we can build prosperity for future generations of our lineage.
